... By the way I COMPLETELY concur with your irritability and opinion of people regarding leaving unused plates and dumbbells all over the gym. However, a bigger pet peeve for me is people of, let's just say the younger generation, sitting their ass on machines between sets, which become extended because they're dinking around on their f****** phones!

Was tired and didn’t want to put weights back or clean the bench. Felt Bedros next to me, cleaned up and put weights back. An hour later, parked half a mile away from Costco and didn’t want to put the cart back. Felt Bedros next to me, and I put the cart back. At this point in following you on KZbin and Instagram your message has morphed into your spiritual presence as a life coach wherever I go, teaching me useful points such as this episode: make better decisions, take 100% personal responsibility, resolve the unresolved, and the more you know, the more you’ll grow. Look forward to a live event one day! Great work Bedros!

I keep going back and forth between not being able to stand you and absolutely connecting with everything you say. And it has nothing to do with you. It is my animal rearing its ugly head and pushing me away from wisdom and my 2.0 self calling from the distance to reach out a hand. Right now my 2.0 self just put forth a newly energized battle to move me in the right direction and I swear I am making it happen this time. Thanks for the endless wisdom and the no BS, in your face, toughen up buttercup attitude that people like me need to get motivated.

One of my role models, a firefighter captain who leads by example, not only re-racks the weights, but he places the dumbbells where they belong and HOW they belong. That means numbers UP. If the weights have the pounds on top, you should be able to look straight down and know which dumbbell you’re grabbing. Put it back neat! I went on a ride along with him recently; we stopped at the supermarket to get ingredients for dinner, and holy shit! He grabbed the loose carts and put them back. He helped a couple older ladies with groceries and took their carts for them. I asked the other guys does he always do this and they confirmed that he does. Oh and also their weight room was racked NEAT! The small things really do add up as I have been following his lead for months now at the gym.
