Hi Bedros, Almost exactly a year ago I was going through the hardest time of my life. I desperately wanted to change my life and become the absolute best version of myself possible. I found your channel after episode 1 and I’ve been tuning in every week. I just want to let you know yourself, along with a few other of my KZbin mentors, changed my life and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I have made in a years time. I am forever grateful. Congratulations on one year of the show!

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart brother. I was only ever taught to work hard and that never got me anywhere in life because that was only a piece of the formula. So im learning late in life, better late than never. I am becoming a better version of myself though by listening to you everyday and having the want and need to be better myself. I never realized how trauma could cause such destruction until my eyes were opened too why i let myself down so much. Sorry for the long comment.

Thank you for the wisdom and content Bedros!! Your story is very motivating. I've been a master of complacency and excuses since my teens. Your advice has been helpful in 'silencing the critic' that just wants me to continue living an unmeaningful, average life. I turned 40 in May and want to see a major shift during the next decade. I need to show up every day with the fighter jet mindset and practices. #fatgelatinousmantitties

Bedros it was cool coming across your content this year. It has and is definitely shaping my life for the good.Currently, in the HVAC industry. I started in Feb. 2023 and Applied what I have heard here on your pod cast.7 months in and the company wants to invest in my knowledge and Sales education. I never seen myself as a sales rep. However, I did take responsibility and started the gym, waking up at 4 am past 3 months..and man it has been a great journey so far..stopped drinking (social). Future looks great. Thanks Uncle Bedros.I hope and wish one day I can thank you in person. Shutout out from Miami FL.

Needed this episode. Just reminded me of all the lessons I listened to overt he weeks, but never truly let in. Loved this episode! Can't wait to still be watching next year! (If, God Forbid, nothing traject happens). This post helped me understand that, although the critic is dangerous, I sometimes do need it with the line of work I do. This post has also taught me that I, as much as I try to be best in the room, I realize the room I strive to enter is always empty. Maybe I should change that, but, instead of competition, I'll fill it with my wife, children, and loved ones (DUTCH SHEPARD). If I fail, at least there's a heaven. Maybe, forgetting that and working hard like you only have one life because you do have one life I, is the biggest mercy God has ever done because it might just help me do it.
