I love when he said Islam is timeless, not restricted to retirement or only in mosque! Exactly 👏👏👏

Please make more videos on how to achieve financial freedom islamically, as Muslims of all age need to know it. I really like it when you said "You shouldn't be slopping from one empty life to another empty life." This is such a crucial topic to cover.

Option 4 is the best option for most ppl. This is called minimalism. Buy only what you need. You don't need the latest car or bag. Your wife and kids will bring you more joy than material. So have an end goal in mind of WHY your a minimalist. So you can buy a house 10 yrs quicker by tightening ur budget or so you can quit a stress full high paying job for less stressful and less time consuming low paying job. Time is more important than money so don't waste it trying to make money to buy things you don't need aka materials.

Amazing advice as always. It really is quite simple to become financially free, with the right knowledge and strategy coupled with the ability to live frugally and having a "delayed gratification" mindset. There are many amazing options and products currently out there too. Unfortunately, the strategy for most is to have a nice wedding, buy a nice house and a nice car which all take a long time to pay off, losing the ability to invest and with time lost, losing the impact of compounding too. The other huge downfall is the living in a way to look rich rather than just being rich. Amazing point at the end, the most important and valuable things in life are the things that are free. Reflecting on all the countless bounties of Allah and having gratitude will make every single person a billionaire at heart.

I love the part about having a right mindset for financial freedom. Very well said! I have some concerns about strategy #2 (Buy to let mortgage): In North America and in fact many non-muslim countries, there is no real halal loan (even some claim that they are but actually not). UK does this better than many places do. In case of unavailability of halal mortgage, does it mean that strategy#2 is not accessible?

Two of you suggestions involve Riba/Interest (mortgage and credit card loan unless it's 0% APR promotion). Could you please briefly address those points and help us to build better understanding?

JazakAllah khair for another great video. I am following your content very closely and am learning a lot. I don’t quite understand the concept of buying a business. What does it mean to buy someone else’s business and why would anyone sell it to you if it means you taking their income?

Great strategies. Can you help me reconcile them with your bootcamp video??? Do the bootcamp (Sukuk and Property) options fall under Strategy 1 here? How does investing 25k down ea. yr. on a new property (Strategy 2 Property Portfolio) compare to investing the same amount on the Property options (Crowdfunding, REITs) from the bootcamp?

Some scholars say that buying 1 property on mortgage is fine as its out of necessity, would buying multiple for btl purposes be 100% Islamically ethical, even with Al-Rayan?
@Ei_Kei4 жыл бұрын
Considering the level of sin interest is I would not go anywhere near mortgage or even the Islamic bank. It's too much of a risk I dont want to spend an eternity in hellfire for mere bricks. Took me a while to get married because of this reason but Alhamdulillah it all turned out well in the end and I'm on my way to becoming financially free InshaAllah

Just a quick question brother, your example from 5 minutes 10 seconds onwards, how many times did you recommend a person should do that? £25k for a BTL each year, or every 2/3 years, given budgeting?
@IFGuru4 жыл бұрын
depends on budget of course but I modelled annual investment into a new property.
