Happy Holidays Everyone! This week has loot that hasn’t been in the Black Market for TWO YEARS!! Last time, this loot was supposed to show up....the Black Market literally didn't spawn on the map! And in case you need it HERE ARE THE FAQ's below: - How to avoid the 30 minute wait time / why the Black Market is no longer there? There is a 30-minute (actual game time) cooldown, you can avoid this by staying on the map, and then it will change every 20 minutes or so like a normal vending machine (and it is in sync with them, so you can check the time until the contents change in any other vendors). Significantly lower level than you are? It's likely you don't have Mayhem Mode active! This is actually where I first found the Maurice's black market almost a year ago while doing a new playthrough, never even knew it was a thing

It can only be found on the Base Game maps, but even then, it can be hard to spot, if you don't know to look out for it 😁

The shield looks interesting, I'm going to try to get as many as I can, according to the Borderlands 3 Wiki it can only be obtained by defeating Heavyweight Harker in the "Arms Race". Yes, it's great to be able to farm in Maurice's Black Market those items/weapons that can only be obtained by defeating X enemy in a certain zone/DLC (Thanks to my friend who gave me the DLC I can do this :). I've actually never gotten the kings call to drop, always got the queens call. Granted I never really farmed for it but I certainly killed the boss that drops it enough to get one. Glad to add the weapon to my collection

Any advice on how to obtain the Flesh Melter Deathless? I currently use a madcap shield with capacity of nearly 200K in combination of another artifact that doubles capacity but the recharge is very slow - but I still obtain full health, just read this puts you down to 1 hp.

The Deathless can be obtained as a world drop in Mayhem Mode, but if you're targeting it specifically it has a 10% drop rate from Phoenix in The Splinterlands. As it's in the world pool, using a Shlooter, to increase your Legendary World Drop Chances, and then just going to town in places like the slaughter shafts should help! However, the Flesh Melter is a random variant (out of 21 Abilities according to the wiki) so it could take time to find that specifically.

The Black Market only costs money, not erridum or anything, and money at endgame is really easy to farm

Hello. It will happen next week (sorry to spoil your pleasure). According to a website (i don't know how their algorithm works, but for months and months it has been right on Maurice's location) it will happen next week on Voracious Canopy (items on sale will be Blood-starved beast/Tran-fusion/Vanquisher). So 2025 will start well.

@@home-chiefin-out I think it will never be again. It was on the 32nd week of the Black Market Machine according to Mental Mars website (along with the Hyperfocus and the Duc), Maurice appeared in april 2021 so it was in late november i guess. And now every time the Duc and Hyperfocus have been on sale the third item was the Brainstormer. I guess the same thing happened than with the Shredifier (was on sale on summer 2021 along with Rowan's call and Crossroad and since then Rowan/Crossroad have been on sale with a blue pistol : the Bone Shredder that drops from Crushjaw). If only Gearbox could put the original roster (Redistributor with Duc/Hyperfocus, and Shredifier with Rowan/Crossroad) :/ I didn't know about mules at the time so i didn't keep as many elemental super shredifier i could have kept. Sorry about the bad news, i'm pretty sure that it won't come back (unless maybe some people tell Gearbox so that they could manually add the Redistributor and Shredifier back, but now it's a planned rotation of Maurice that's why on a website i go - but youtube deletes links usually - i can know when items come back).

Ember's Purge is apparently only a reward for completing a challenge in the Handsome Jackpot DLC, but you can farm it by creating a back-up of your save before the quest is turned in, or by restarting the DLC. But I'm pretty sure it showed up in the Diamond Loot room too

The Black Market isn't DLC, although some gear that drops in there can be DLC locked

Yeah, there are limited maps, as it only spawns on Base Game Maps, so we have been to this map recently, but it wasn't in the exact spawn location
