i've been doing the landmine one, but with dumbells and plates instead of the landmine-barbell setup. is there a different name for just adding that twist into the single leg deadlift? i'm searching youtube and this video is the closest i've come to finding someone cover that rotating part. i can really feel it in my minimus and maximus, i dont really feel it in my adductors at all.

Eh, I'm not sure if there's a "formal" name. Once you start getting more intricate like this with details coaches tend to name things as they please. That checks based on the movement mechanics, tbh. Adductors would fire more with deeper hip flexion, though, so if you can get more you may find them hit more!

pretty cool but not for me because i don’t have that much time so i rather work both legs at the same time.
