I would like to share with you a few Korean dishes that I usually cook at home.

Sauce: 3 teaspoons of Kunbu soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of miso
Ingredients of anhydrous cabbage pot: cabbage, pork belly slices, onions, tofu, Hongxi mushrooms
Sauce: 1 tablespoon of kombu soy sauce
Ingredients of plum kimchi: cabbage, 5 plums, carrots, garlic
Sauce: 200g white vinegar, 200g boiled water, 150g sugar
Ingredients of cheese cabbage pancake: cabbage, sliced meat, 2 eggs, shredded cheese
Sauce: Osaka yaki sauce (ketchup, pasta sauce are also available), black pepper
