@@samright4661 No doubt. Countless articles were written about his contributions. "Underrated is overused these days is my point.. Believe me, as a GenX kid that grew up in the 70s, Paul Stanley got the credit that he definitely deserved 👍 The entire band were trailblazers that received due credit for their contributions. Hit Parader, Circus, Creem, Karang, Guitar etc.. every month featured Kiss. They were almost always on the covers with Ozzy, up until Metallica hit the main scenes. I agree. With all the theatrics and flambouyant moves they make, you know as a guitar player it can be very distracting. But yet they sound incredible live. Their moves are all practiced and scripted. Thats what put them on a different level. They've been on my bucket list since 1974 to see. I think when they produced this song they used a capo and doubled it. On a 12 string. Capo 7th fret d minor shape/12 string doubled. I am just going by how it sounds and the tone of the strings. What strings sound like on the fretboard. I imagine Paul plays it different live since it's live and not the dramatic 12 string studio version. (Just assumptions here!). 😁
