I used metal duct tape on my tracks. It helped a lot with friction problems

Hi, i got ur file, when i printed the mask (i didn't move anything on scale) look's a little smaller than yours, when i fit the micro controller and the baatteries, they look so big for the faceshell. what scale do you use for the components to fit and have space to wear the mask?

Its pretty hard but you could use a micro servo or a soundproof cloth around the mechanism to make it quieter
