How do you pay a photographer? is it like 50/50 or what? Our avg PROFIT is $87 per shoot after editing and what not, (just recently changed our packages so hopefully that goes up soon, but How do you split that with a photographer? NOT hiring anytime soon, we are very new at this, just curious!

this is totally my fear! I‘m sure there‘s plenty folks who can do it as well as I do, but I know they probably aren’t good in getting in with new vlients and are happy to walk away with mine, once they got the hang of it…
