I was a SALAFI, a more strict side of Sunnism, and i studied the big scholars like Ibn Tayymiyah, and prayed more than 5 times a day, throughout the night in Ramadhaan. I feel safe here, in this comment section and these videos because it's very hostile out there. I used to look up to Ali Dawah, Mohammed Hijab, Hamza Tzortzis, used to watch them all the time as my main online community. My dad is abusive and religious, my mom is extremely religious and very emotionally fragile, and my brother is getting his head filled with so much nonsense when he hangs out with the muslim adult men, one of them an extremist. Most of them left because of emotional reasons, and some are logical but flawed. They left because of they are fed by the western standards, and they deem their standard to be their god. I've even doubted Islam once. It took me prolly 2 months of dispute, research, then dispute again, then research. She also drove away my only friend that helps me with my social anxiety (He's an outdoor person and I'm socially anxious, so he's a big help. Or was.), all because he wasn't a muslim. He even got threatened by my uncle one time for simply being an atheist who hangs out with me. "If I see your face again, I'm beating the shit out of you." is what he said to him. My friend was 16-17 at the time I think. Then, she has the nerve to ask me why I'm "moody" all the time. Like, bruh. Take a wild fuckin' guess. Even when I try to tell her, she tells me it's because I'm not muslim. Why even ask if you've already made up an answer in your head? It's mental torture.

Bekhan I could argue your comment only serves to make you feel better - a self-pandering animalistic desire typical of many religious people. To be atheist is sometimes to be free to define your own level of morality. That might seem scary in our big bad world but actually it works surprisingly well. Have a think about the humans who wrote these religious scriptures, they helped light a path for other humans to help them understand why certain moral structures are necessary for survival, and they have helped people for thousands of years. In today’s age not everyone requires those texts in order to live free from disease, excess instantly gratifying sensory pleasure, wastefulness, greed and wasted emotion, etc. At the risk of sounding pompous; I give my time and money to the needy, I do not harm creatures weaker than me unless I intend on eating them, I was married young and do not intend on ever having another partner, I work hard and honestly for the sake of my honour and to help my company, the community and the country. I do not need any of the gods in order to do what I believe is just, and my definition of that comes from a very many sources combined with my understanding of them through scientifically processing their teachings; logical analysis, benchmarking and application. I don’t have all the answers, but my greatest hero Marcus Aurelius gives me great hope in human kind, even though he of course had his polytheistic beliefs as all did in his time. All the best.

In reality Today's Muslims are Descendants of Slaves used as Disposable Army and for prostitution back in 1400 years. These slaves carried this slave(Islam) culture along with them wherever the went for loot and attack. And imposed that slave Culture on the Native people they captured and made them their Slaves. ISLAM - contract of Slavery created by Arab slave traders.(the oath been taken as confirmation when new slave has been added) Muslim - Are the Slave. Allah - The Arab Slaves master Is Allah ( slaves used to call them Allah(lord) because of fear of punishment and death). The slave master could be Christianity origin(jibril/Gabriel also a messenger in relation with Muhammad). Historically the Slave Owners the one who wanted their slaves to call them Lord(meaning God) The Messenger - (slave masters never used to visit slaves directly) is the Broker or Manager of the Slaves. Who used to implement rules on slaves what is known as "Quran" Kafirs - the captured people who doesn't accept slavery(islam) Murtadd - those who try to escape from slavery or fail to obey the order(according to Quran(the slave rule book)). Pagans - the idol worshipping tribes. Halal - Rules and practices limited/allowed by their masters to Slaves and to Captured slaves(Tribal people who used to eat pig and dead animals by giving sacrifice to stone god). Ghilman - Slave soldiers used to attack other tribes and culture . Concubine - a slave-woman with whom her master/manager engaged in sexual relations. Hoors - Sex slaves. Jizya - the tax to pay the slave master if the pagan(native tribes) don't want to become slaves and Practice their kind of stone worship. Jihad - Creating Fear in Tribes by killing and creating chaos. Sharia - low of punishment for slaves. Islam spread through violence and slavery is the evidence. (read Hadith and connect it with Quran with deep understanding) It becomes religion due to politics and Ignorance. Today the manager are in the form of Moulvies/Scholars. The follovers are brainless puppet Muslims 90% are ignorant because they didn'tread and Understood it by themselves using original text.what a tragedy. Islam is the Biggest fraud happened to their followers for centuries without realization. Leaving Islam is the righteous path which will lead them out of 1400 year long slavery. WITHOUT LIES ISLAM DIES. spread this truth #Ex-Muslims Today Many Arabs, Pakistanis, Kerala, Malaysian and intelligent people around the world are leaving Islam after realizing the truth.

Believe in whatever you want, just don’t push it on others. I’ve been an atheist since I was 17, I’m now 34. The real reason why some people can't fathom that you have no faith is because to them faith is their social security. People belonging to a community help and protect each other. This is also the reason why it can be hard for parents to hear. Faith is never about what you really believe philosophically - not really - it's all about whether you're willing to play the part so that others will protect you when necessary as you would protect them.

Everything and anything. Not just Bible (you know, they can't even read it for themselves, they can only copy paste chopped up Bible verses) but also e.g. science. Yes I'm also a scientist in the natural field.... Most of the time it does seem to be a waste of time, but maybe, just maybe every now and then there is a Muslim actually asking himself if what he believes is true or not. And in that time period he will seek out answers from other sources. And at this time we must provide then with the right and true answer.

And even from experience i haven't met a single other person that left islam. It actually seems to me like people are even more religious than before, like bringing charia law into our constitional comes often in discussions. I am an ex-muslim but I gotta say I was a bit more lucky than these brave souls that came out in the video or in the comments because I'm living in Turkey, a secular country with a majority muslim population. I still didn't come out to my family but all of my friends in school know that I am an atheist and I don't get any legal issues about it which is insane to many of my fellow ex-muslims. I am forever thankful to my country's founder, Atatürk, which turned the theocratic monarchy which was the ottoman empire into the modern Turkey that is a secular republic which is a HUGE accomplishment. Of course we have our fair share of religious groups trying to oppress the non-muslims, namely the current government and also religious groups that want to bring the sharia law here but they are mostly unefficient. I hope all these islamic countries can have their own revolution someday and set themselves free from the chains of the oppressive laws of sharia. And I wish the best for all the ex-muslims that saw the flaws of this religion and that are on their way to become better versions of themselves.

But I'd say it doesn't really feel all that bad now compared to when I first left Islam. It surely makes you feel better to dig deeper and find more flaws and be proud of yourself that you managed to achieve something like this. @Inspired by Sheikh Ahmed Deedat Narrated Ikrima: Ali burnt some people and this news reached Ibn 'Abbas, who said, "Had I been in his place I would not have burnt them, as the Prophet said, 'Don't punish (anybody) with Allah's Punishment.' No doubt, I would have killed them, for the Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' " Sahih Bukhari 4:52:260 Narrated 'Ikrima: Some Zanadiqa (atheists) were brought to 'Ali and he burnt them. The news of this event, reached Ibn 'Abbas who said, "If I had been in his place, I would not have burnt them, as Allah's Apostle forbade it, saying, 'Do not punish anybody with Allah's punishment (fire).' I would have killed them according to the statement of Allah's Apostle, 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'" Sahih Bukhari 9:84 It was narrated from Abu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hunaif that: `Uthman bin 'Affan looked at them when they spoke of killing. He said: “Are they kill threatening to kill me? Why would they kill me? I heard the Messenger of Allah say: “It is not lawful to shed the blood of a Muslim except in one of three (cases): a man who commits adultery when he is a married person, then he should be stoned; a man who kills a soul not in retaliation for murder; and a man who apostatizes after becoming Muslim.' By Allah (SWT), I never committed adultery either during Ignorance days nor in Islam, and I have never killed a Muslim soul, and I have not apostatized since I became Muslim.” (Sahih) Sunan Ibn Majah 3:20:2533 It was narrated from 'Abdullah, who is Ibn Mas`ud, that the Messenger of Allah said: “It is not lawful to shed the blood of a Muslim who bears witness that none has the right to be worshiped but Allah (SWT), and that I am the Messenger of Allah, except in one of three cases: a soul for a soul; a married person who commits adultery, and one who leaves his religion and splits from the Jama`ah.” (Sahih) Sunan Ibn Majah 3:20:2534 It was narrated from Ibn`Abbas that the Messenger of Allah said: “Whoever changes his religion, execute him.” (Sahih) Sunan Ibn Majah 3:20:2535 Abu Dawud Narrated Mu'adh ibn Jabal: AbuMusa said: Mu'adh came to me when I was in the Yemen. A man who was Jew embraced Islam and then retreated from Islam. When Mu'adh came, he said: I will not come down from my mount until he is killed. He was then killed. One of them said: He was asked to repent before that. Sunan Abu Dawud 38: Hanafi - recommends three days of imprisonment before execution, although the delay before killing the Muslim apostate is not mandatory. Apostates who are men must be killed, states the Hanafi Sunni fiqh, while women must be held in solitary confinement and beaten every three days till they repent and return to Islam. Penalty for Apostasy limited for those who cause Hirabah after leaving Islam, not for personal religion change. Maliki - allows up to ten days for recantation, after which the apostate must be killed. Both men and women apostates deserve death penalty according to the traditional view of Sunni Maliki fiqh. Shafi'i - waiting period of three days is required to allow the Muslim apostate to repent and return to Islam. After the wait, execution is the traditional recommended punishment for both men and women apostates. Hanbali - waiting period not necessary, but may be granted. Execution is traditional recommended punishment for both genders of Muslim apostates

@@尘星-m5t If I told you that I don't scratch my head when I read these kinds of passages in the bible, I would be lying. I've come accross them. What of the time God instructed the Israelites to wipe the Amelekites off the land? Every man, woman, child and animal. This same God also killed a couple in the new testament for lying. It makes me wonder if this God portrayed is truly evil. What I've discovered is the God in the old and new testament is the same person. The difference is the time frame of the old testament and the new testament(which is still in play if the bible is true). A pattern I noticed though is that he only punished people after they had entered a covenant and broke it. He doesn't just let sin slide. I had a bad feeling about Islam in my mind since I'm a little girl sitting in religion classes. I think I always had that rational thinking part in me even when I was scared to question Allah and his prophet. I'm not extremely educated in any category. I just like to think a lot. When I got older putting aside my biased views I could finally see why Islam is outdated. But I don't think I will be revealing this to my family anytime soon. As of now I don't feel any oppression from my family or society(because we are not very conservative muslims) but it will be nice to say loudly that Islam is false. I won't be able to do that anytime soon.

Same to me here in Greece. I suppose you are turkish? You see even today religions tend people to hate each other! It outrages me to see Atheists getting threats! I hope you be safe from these brainwashed people. Muslims blame West for imperialism, which some countries practice it (usa) and i dont agree with that, but in europe at least there are not threats if you are Atheist or lgbt! Even in Greece which unfortunately is not secural its ok if you express your opinion of atheism!

@@jcharubhatt actually when you die you will find out it actually is. I'm sorry you are filled with such hate. But the freedom of religion is the same as one being able to say they do not believe. You only have the right to say you don't believe in God because Jesus the Bible and the American constitution gives you that freedom. I can talk about religion all I want to and you cannot stop me. If you do not like what I have to say then move on you do not have the right to stop me. Just as I do not have the right nor the power to stop you to say what you believe. That is the glory of freedom of speech. It gives us the freedom to say what we believe and to share that with whomever wants to listen. If you find something offensive to bad be offended.

My constitution also gives right to religion....but also clarify that its the responsibility of not ony the constitution and its authorities to safeguard it....but also of people....IT IS OUR RIGHT TO RELIGION....BUT ALSO OUR DUTY TO SAFEGUARD IT...and let someone other having a certain religion have a environment friendly for all religions.... FREEDOM OF RELIGION IS TO CHOOSE BY ONE'S OWN ACCORD not force or constant bugging and telling what'sgood...or giving off sign like...YOU WILL REALIZE AFTER YOU DIE! Let's say you live in one country having one major religion...then the MINORITY will get constant tellings from...the majority's propagandists....bugging them at every point of their damn life...what sort of freedom is that? I come from a Coptic Family who taught me the faith, the rules but the main one always love and never be selfish. My mom raised me by telling me the stories but never forced it on me, she believes that if you force it on your kids, they will leave. I did my experimentation, read my Bible and learned about other faiths. I was losing faith and wondered towards more scientific atheism and even told my mom but I got back and I'm happily practicing my Coptic Faith. The freedom and free will had given me the room to find the love God has to offer and I'm more Coptic than ever.

same thing happened to me ❤️ my mom was very understanding when i was an agnostic and said she respects it, but hopes that i will find my way back one day (because my mom is an orthodox believer who believes in heaven and wanted me to go there as well, so she hoped it for my own best according to her beliefs) and i was totally okay with that :) years passed and i started reading the bible more, became more interested in the religion etc. i ended up choosing christianity and i’m happy with my choice

I remember i’ve had so much problems when i was thinking about leaving islam because i was too young, actually i was 13, i was afraid that my family can’t accept that and they will abandon me i remember i even emailed some asylum and refugee organizations in Europe but none answered and i was afraid of death penalty. Very few people knew I wasn’t muslim and they were my close friends and we had a small community so we could speak and have conversation with each other and we read a lot of books and we only talked to the ones we felt they can understand our statements so by the time we kept growing and our community got larger we got in huge problems and so many treats so i’ve left the community at age of 20 and moved to another city. By the way these days most of people i know either are atheism or at least not muslims and religious people I’m happier now and i think maybe someday i’ll tell my family that i never believed in islam in these years. i think these days with amount of information we can access it got easier for people to accept ex muslims than before. Sorry for my bad english i’ve tried my best Wherever you are reading my story i want peace happiness and wealth for you, Take care of yourself and loved ones…
