I use 2 kiwi fruit, 6 cubes of ice, and 60-90ml limoncello to make ice-blended, super yummy, fruity, not much alcohol taste. I had an old blender, I made it many times, it's too good, I bought a vitamix mainly for making this cocktail

I tried a variation with sprite and it was extra sweet! The tonic water version was just right, not bitter. I recommend ripping up the basil🍃 leaves for more flavor😊

Assorted fruits in ice, a slice of cucumber, burnt orange peel, mint leaves, 1 ½ shot limoncello, blue WKD to add colour, add lemonade or whatever you prefer (and a cheeky shot or two of vodka doesn't hurt either)
