Limoncello Is awesome and Limoncello Cream Liqueurs just might be the most underrated alcohol around

I tried making my own limoncello at home. It came out beautiful. I used 100 proof vodka and let it sit for a month before bottling. I’m so tempted to try the crème version! Also maybe a cherrycello!!!

I love making sours with limoncello. It makes for a super unique cocktail. I’ve never had the creamy style. I need to look out for that.

The best Limoncello I have ever had in Germany is the one from Offenbleiben. Great taste and structure and locally produced in Offenbach!

Being Italian, I love limoncello. I have had the first two, Pallini my go to, but would like to try the others. I also make my own.

Great video, I'd like to know your opinion on the Fabrizia brand of limoncello, it's another brand that makes limoncello with lemons grown in Sicily, and it seems to me as if they might make the best limoncello in all of Sicily. I have eaten some of their baked goods made with their limoncello, and I was greatly impressed with those baked goods.

It’s a very good limoncello. Their pistachio cream liqueur is well done too! Cheers

@@MasterYourGlass Which limoncello(s) in this video is most like the Fabrizia limoncello? Interesting I have been curious about pistachio cream liqueur since I love pistachios. I once had Gelato containing Sicilian pistachios, there is something very good about Sicilian pistachios.

Amazing video i love limoncello cream to ! Do you know piretta liquore ? I have some question for this fruit from Calabria La Trattoria.
@MasterYourGlass2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for stopping by. I know very little about piretta other than it is similar to a limoncello but made with the peel of the highly aromatic Piretta citrus. Hope this helps! Cheers!

It has been a while so I don’t remember honestly which one is similar to Fabrizia. Cheers

I'm developing an italian liquors brand (Limoncello, Arancello, Mandarinetto) in my home country, Argentina. in my state (Santa Fé) around 50% of the population has some italian blood so Limoncello it's a famous liquor for us. It will be a honor for me if you taste my Limoncello one day and review it here!

So in what order would you rate them ? Or is it all about preference , as a new comer to limoncello I don’t want to be put off
@MasterYourGlass2 жыл бұрын
It’s totally about preference and use. I don’t rate them because it depends on what the use is and what you’re trying to achieve. For instance if I were making a dessert-style cocktail or sipping on a limoncello as a digestif, I would use the creamy style. But if I were sipping it before a meal or making a pre-dinner cocktail then I would go with the more citrus-oil forward one. The cheapest way to find you can order a limoncello at your bar (or bottle) and determine which on you like. Cheer!

Pallini is in Naples, and only uses lemons grown in the Amalfi coast, not Sorrento.
@MasterYourGlass4 ай бұрын
Interesting. On their official website it says “Pallini is one of Rome’s oldest and most important companies in the drink industry”.

Try mixing it with a nice, dry (not too sweet) orange soda. The brand I use is French, I think.
