I’m sharing these 4 exercises that provided a very solid base for my own postpartum journey! Hope these help you too the way they helped me. Remember to check with your own health care provider if you are medically fit to try these.

1. Develop a strong back, hip and pelvic floor before starting exercises for tummy/weight loss. 2. Check if you have diastasis recti before starting exercises. 3. Don't do any of the ones from this video (except walking) if you have diastasis or incontinence.

trust me I have loose weight around 3 kg in one month with just one simple change and that is having my dinner by 7-7:30 PM and nothing in between till my breakfast next morning( you can drink water)

Thankyou for sharing these exercises, i am in 5th month post partum and have been looking for such workouts. I wanted to know which bra we should be using while working out since i am breastfeeding as well

Hello ma’am - I am still single but I have been watching your workout videos. I was struggling a lot with doing push-ups and was watching various fitness videos but didn’t get any results. After seeing your way of starting to do push-ups, I have started with knee push ups like you suggested and I am seeing some improvement. I am very positive that I am on my way. Thanks a lot for your tips. Just one request maam - can you please also talk about your hair routine post workout? It would be very helpful to know how to maintain the hair after all that sweat everyday. Would appreciate if they are simple and easy to do at home.

Hy I have dilivered in last of the may 2020 all people said that I m getting fat my waight is 64 kg and I m 24 year old I had c section too . After 1 month. A physio here. But don't follow any of the exercises mentioned in this video except walking.

What if one has never done push ups in life ? Is it easy to learn I feel my arm strength is too low usually wonder how it will be post partum Now I’m almost 6 months pregnant watching your videos to know what should a routine be like post partum ❤️

So true... My thoughts exactly. Apart from walking rest all exercises are a BIG NO for ladies with DR...Sadly enough not many people are aware of DR in India in case I am not wrong. There are specific exercises SOLELY for diastasis recti

I was doing good, started walking outside then winters happened and all just stopped, as you have to stay away from cold. Been 7 months already and want to get rid of tummy fat.

For your information normal plank is not at all advisable after postpartum. U can do side plank. But normal plank is big No.

I think you have got diastasis recti abdominal split...please check youtube and check with your doctor.... Dont worry you can recover....but don't do any abdomen workout and check out "Diastasis Recti Abdominal Repair workout Lucy Wyndham" it is 8min video and very easy and helpful.

Planks and crunches are the worst form of exercises especially for women who get diastisis recti after delivery(you can read about the reasons). If you must do planks, do side ones. Please do proper research before putting these videos
