Thank you Debina for this video. It was quite helpful. I specially loved the TYA movement which helped my back muscles which was severely strained due to constantly carrying the baby in our arms. A couple of suggestions - The video was initiated saying that we don't need anything for the workout but the mat, pillow and water bottle was required. It's better if this is shared beforehand. Secondly Yash Sir is using a lot of jargons like "stabilizers, traps" etc. Someone like me who hasn't trained professionally might not understand what these words mean. Hope this makes sense. Thanks again! I'll also take my protein intake seriously.

My baby is completed 5 month ...I have not even done one day of exercise..... please tell can I do now ......it will help for me to reduce my belly fat and body fat.... My delivery was normal please suggest for normal delivery.....

Very good exercises I would also recommend pilates for balance and coordination. Also include some yoga poses. Bridge pose is good also speak to yoga teacher to suggest modifications. Overall your doing really well keep up the work and well done. 👍
