I can’t agree more-God is truly great! After reading Keezano’s Your Life Your Game in 2019, my life experienced a miraculous shift. This book opened my eyes to how connecting with God and aligning with His purpose can transform every area of life. If you’re seeking spiritual growth and success, this is the guide you need.

Thank you for your videos. I’m 84 and it helps me to listen to people in my age group. I love to hear about their day, What they do and what they eat and etc. sometimes when we live alone we don’t take real good care of ourselves but when someone in our age group tells about themselves it helps us see what we need to do and encourages us to

It is good to find your video today. I am 82 and my husband is older. We have children but only one lives in the large city we do and we don't see them often. I have always known this time in my life would come, but I didn't realize that I would get to know myself so much better and understand clearer what it is all about. Thank you for your beautiful wisdom. I welcome it so much.

Dear Sandra, it is my regret, I think all mothers have these thoughts when they are aging. But nothing is perfect in this world, my regret does not change anything, maybe we were doing the right thing in that moment. Let,s be happy with what we have in this moment. Wish you a lovely day and thank you to share, it,s good to know I,m not alone. 🙏

💞🌸🦜 Dear Ms Sandra, thank you for your advice. You are my RR mentor and i appreciate your wisdom. At my age of 67 yrs, I find that most of my friends have a fatalistic view of life. It's very depressing. Thank you for speaking of Love, and a Lust for Life . I miss your vlogs of walking with your pup around beautiful Miami or your easy, breezy fashion 'modeling' ✨️ You are cherished ❤

Sandra I am simply amazed at how well you apply your makeup. It's very appropriate and precise. My dear friend is 87 and she can no longer see well enough to do it. I rely on a makeup mirror with lights that magnifies 10x and I'm 63. I enjoy your pearls of wisdom. And I too pray for us all to find happiness and contentment in our lives. Blessings to all.

Beautiful open! Watching now...Sandra, your message this morning brought tears! OMG such memories came pouring in to me. My parents taught us to appreciate the small things or the "best things in life are free" My dad one day leaving for work, he stopped at the flower bed and picked a flower and said "stop to smell the roses" then went on to work. I was about eight years old and I can remember that like it was yesterday. My mom made sure we all got up and saw my dad off to work every day, or I would have missed that lesson. My mom always pointed out things like the phases of the moon, birds in the yard, a pretty cloud...now I am on the back side of life and I still feed the birds and more importantly I WATCH the birds. I am so thankful for my parents and what they taught me about appreciating every day and appreciating every moment each day brings. This was a wonderful message. Maybe my Sandra Hart favorite.

Letting go of control is so liberating. I love to find small miracles in nature. Yesterday I had a crow near me and we were talking to each other in our own way. Then later I looked up and a red tailed hawk was effortlessly riding the thermals. It made me so happy to see. Thank you for your uplifting posts. I am my husband’s caregiver and it can be rather isolating at times. My dogs also bring me so much joy. That always make me laugh.❤

Excellent info…I will rewatch this. I am adjusting to the Tuesday video…Sunday was always joyful as I came accustomed to seeing you with a cup of tea or coffee…I will adjust my routine now to Tuesday. I am learning to “let go” and to “wait on the Lord”. As an Aries, I tend to impulsively push my agenda and have made many mistakes doing that. I am wondering if these are the lessons I am to learn in this life…”wait on the Lord”, ask for help when needed, be vulnerable, and acknowledge I need others. As you said…learning is a daily experience. Thank you.

You share very good things. I have trouble with a battlefield going on in my mind (new topic?). I too am very grateful but I try so hard to let uncontrollable things drop. Yet my mind obsesses and I fight this so. I try surrendering control of things I can not change, but it’s something I deal with daily. I’ve never been a “ cup half full person, I’m the cup half empty type” thx for give me a place to visit weekly🙂🤜🏼

a gift to me was a statement made by a well known “remote viewer” - his career dealt with thought and meditation and he said it isn’t those negative, unkind and ugly thoughts that race through our mind we should focus on; He said it’s how you view those thoughts that is important and a true reflection of your core being. So if you have unwelcome thinking, look at it, acknowledge it, know thoughts come and go unbidden, thoughts aren’t always generated by us alone and release yourself from feeling you are bad for having them. Everyone has those thoughts. Process them with self love.
