The sweet slideshow of your dad throughout the years with you and your sister brought me to tears. My stepdad ( who I consider my DAD as he raised me) passed away on October 20th, one day before my scheduled flight to S. America. Im still grieving his passing and I know nothing will ever fill that void but I am incredibly grateful to God, life, my dad that he made the decision to be MY dad, It is the best gift he has ever given me.

This year the seasonal depression also hit me quite hard. I got my courage together and went to my doctor about it. He prescribed a treatment of Vitamin D and some bloodworks. As a result of the bloodtest I now also take some other supplaments like iron. Also I bought a daylight Therapy lamp. And I booked a Vacation in February in the sun, that I can look forward to. It seems to be working, I have been feeling better. Next year I will do these steps in Octobre before the depression hits. Vitamins, minerals, Light and Vacation

I've seen in an anime that there is glow in the dark paint. I think it'd be interesting to paint the ceiling with stars using this kind of paint. 😊 Looks like nothing at daytime, but glows at nighttime.
