Very good namkeen combo's.❤ I normally use a wide plate in the microwave to crispen Poha,Murmura etc. Also Cranberries to add colour and a sweet and sour taste. Love your calm and soft voice❤

I do have a question though, wonder why you did not roast the rice murmura in the last recipe, before cooking it? I have tried to make this and don’t do such a good job, so I’m hoping with your instructions it will be a success. May I also request you do a recipe for HANDWA, please. Hi Veenu, my murmuras were fresh and not very soft so i preferred roasting them in the end itself. As that was enough, but if you think yours are too soggy and old then you can roast them seperately and then add them later. 😊 I have shared instant hamdwa recipe, you can check that. It's yummy 😋

@@AartiMadanHello Aarti, thanks so much for your prompt response and explanation about the kurmuras. Yes, mine are not fresh, I’ve had them a couple of months. So I will gently roast them. In the past, my haldi would get overcooked and I also added all the masala in the oil at the beginning. Now I know the secret of adding all the spices later! Thanks for your very nicely presented video. Also, I will search for your Handwa recipe video. Thanks again!
