I've spent the past 5 years extensively researching and studying the subject. I also experimented on myselef with pre-post blood work. I came to the conclusion that Weston A Price's recommendations is the best approach to optimize the gut microbiome. Mostly animal based products and fermented vegetables. Légumes and nuts must be de-activated from anti-nutrients (soaking, pressure cooking) and when it comes to carbs, some are better than others ( sweet potatoes vs potatoes) low fodmap. By focusing on nutrient dense foods and anti-nutrients, my CRP (inflammation) dropped drastically, no more bloating or digestive stress and a noticeable increase in energy levels. Unprocessed, organic meat doesn't cause cancer. If you're scared of Mtor, you can balance it with gelatin (bone broth). Dr Paul Saladino spoke about it quite intensively. Thanks for sharing this video!

The main reason I don’t eat red meats, and soon to be poultry, is because of how terrible and disgusting the industrial farming industry, as well as the horrible effects the industrial farming industry has on climate change. Also because of diseases that can outbreak on those industrial farms, like swine flu and mad cow
@Ampe964 жыл бұрын
Soccer Fan well spoken man, also, we don’t need that things and they actually are bad for us. So we have no reason to keep harming others at all. I got a question about what you said how fat is used for energy. How do we know or how can we make sure that on every workout session or any activity we're burning the fat stored rather than the carbs or protein or fat we ate say for lunch or breakfast.

Thx for sharing this. I've got a question for you: what is your opinion on a well-planned plant based diet, especially for athletes? What do you think on this approach?
@danielnwadike67634 жыл бұрын
I agree with most of what you said but I think a main problem with alot of food in America is the way the crops are cultivated. For example, the wheat used to make bread has been sprayed with pesticides in order to increase harvest size. This reduces the quality of the wheat because there are now harmful chemicals in it, e.g. arsenic which is a poison and has been found in trace amounts in the wheat used for bread. If we can go back to natural fertilizers and pesticides the quality of crops and animals we grow will improve drastically and people can then eat balanced diets without having to worry about health complications
