This was super creative! I love all the work arounds you came up with. I've wanted to recreate parts of PM64 in Minecraft creative mode for years now but I've never had the motivation to start. Idk if you're into Minecraft at all but I'd be really interested to see your take on the same thing!

I think the Tubba Blubba chase would be just a bit better if red on off blocks were between the locked doors on the bottom floor just to avoid resting the area.

Very cool! My one suggestion would be to give tubba and his heart wings when they’re on the tracks so that they move faster and makes the scenes more accurate
