First time am watching your video SIVI. am POORNI 's SIL. You have done the show extremely well and above all given the recipe like a professional. Your recipe is too good. I used to do the same method but I use white Urad dal and used to add more til. Next time I will try with black urad dal and definitely will try your podi idly recipe and let you know.
