As well as that, I watched "Gryffin, Illenium x Pachelbel - Feel Good vs. Canon in D | Piano vs EDM (Mashup)" and how did you even come up with this? That's crazy. I know the harmonic progression in Canon D is overly simple as canons generally are (unless you're J. S. Bach of course who goes beast mode with his Crab Canon), but that's some crazy brainstorming. I love how I'm sitting here as each of these incredibly talented people are talkign about what they've done to that sample nodding away like "Yup, yup, okay, I see, that's a word, I-don't-have-a-clue-what-literally-any-of-this-means, oh wait I know what a drum is" while they're sitting there explaining what they're doing. Meanwhile they're hearing it for the first time and can identify exactly what's been done do the sample at different parts just from hearing it for a brief second... Really interesting, I love how different everyone goes with it, it's a nice reminder that music isn't a single path - you can go any direction you want with it. Really fun listening to these, I loved the atmosphere of Drum & Lace's version - that was absolutely stunning - I love AU5 and have been listening to his stuff for forever, so it was interesting to see his style come out in it, and Andrew's was also very much my style. ill.Gates' was also neat, that's not generally the style I listen to but I loved the vocals and it was really interesting what he did with it. Also those giant switchboards, wow, it's been awhile since I've seen someone doing it so analog!

Really my favorite part of this is that Andrew consistently picks artists who genuinely appreciate music and the talent of others. It's really refreshing to see the positivity for one another. 💚💚

Not so true, they just are on camera so they have to behave properly to not risk beeing judged by the others. You can also see, the more they comment a song, the more uncomfortable they are feeling while listening to it(it not always like that but in this case it is)

ill.Gates was mind blowing with his modularity. Drum & Lace’s ambience was ethereal and other worldly. Au5 is a freaking MASTER. Omg. Such a groove, my fav. Andrew delivers such a slick, fire melody my mind melts with his expertise. Yoo everybody was so fire 😭😭😭 Inspiring to an beginner producer like me. Although all the knowledge on display is daunting 😂 Edit: The rap vox/switch up at the end of Andrew’s.....BRUH! 🤯
