Im going to share how I became confident.. it’s kinda like a hack, it may not work for you but try it: In the movie “the matrix” neon is given the option to choose between a redpill or a blue pill, put yourself in his shoes and like on the movie take the redpill & pretend as if you’re living in a simulation & that you’re aware of it, something not everyone around you knows...by believing this to the core you will unlock the ability to go and talk confidently to just about anyone... At the end of the movie you see Neon walking confidently because he knows that he’s in a simulation. Now I’m not saying we are indeed in a simulation but like I said, it’s hack to your brain & to gain confidence based on “knowledge” or awareness. After all awareness of your surroundings is one of the principals to confidence!
