The first one. When leaving it helps you assess where to go. Thank you for this lesson!

The first question is vital and right place to start off. But many like me might be aware of the multiple dimensions of the problem and trying to answer all questions simultaneously. This might be the biggest issue preventing one from reaching a more logical conclusion or making a better choice.

Jobs are tools. In this day, they are there to enable me to live the life that I want. If that job does not serve my needs, then I will move on. I’m not afraid of change and I am willing to go out of my way to learn new skills to get the life I want. I’ll be damned if any job is going to waste my time with a toxic culture. I don’t have time to wait for change in the workplace. I got a life to live.

Pastor Craig is sensibly sandblasting some words spoken by Tony Robbins - I feel that the devil dances take place in modern market place is shattered by the presence of the Spirit of God, especially when pastors practice what they preach🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤

Wow! I loved all your content. This one awaken me as hey, get up and keep on going! Sometimes we are frustrated but when I listened to Pastor Craig oh! I am struggling because of myself. Now I can say that I am motivated and willing to move forward. Nice Pastor Craig this preaching means everything to me, gives courage and strength to those who are confused, and directs the right path to choose for those who are hopeless.

Great talk! I think so many church cultures got toxic because of poor leadership in the pandemic due to FEAR. I have learned a ton thru the online service at Life Church & Andy Stanleys church. I've moved to a great church where the leadership appears to be much healthier - but my plan is to stay out of leadership and serve in a lesser role. I saw so many pastors and church leaders leave the church ministry and either go back to corporate jobs or para church ministries with better leadership. Grass is not always greener elsewhere, but frequently, you don't need green grass, just healthy grass!

At your workplace, you may not be able to solve the problem. But you have no idea with some good upward leadership how many problems are actually solvable if you handle them wisely.

I have loved my newer job until I had to report theft 2 weeks ago. Truth is not received well. Instead, you hear words like, Alledged Accusations, and detailed time line, details. But when it happened exactly 1 year ago and you told your District Manager, they replied, "You should assume that person had the best of intentions. Then that person withheld proper training. So for a year while I thought some things were odd but still went about my way treating my store as my own, I raised the value of my property by $ 2.3 mil. Yet, here I am having to prove what occurred a year ago.
