As long as they have Curry for offense and Dray for defense they just need guys that get along, hit their shots, play defense, and fit the system to win a title. Klay honestly wasn’t all that important to the last title run. Poole was a more than sufficient replacement then and he was only that good because he was playing next to Curry and hadn’t gotten punched in the face yet. Buddy and Melton are both better defenders and more efficient shooters than the Klay and Poole. And they’re more unselfish. Wiggins is still a wild card, but with Klay and Poole gone, there should be plenty more shots for him and Kuminga to score 20+pg each. GP3 is there. They’re literally just a Looney away from being the championship Warriors again

@@basketballreach1. Curry’s gravity doesn’t mean anything. He is aging up and needs a second star. If the scorers around him aren’t elite second options (they’re not), that’s too much pressure on Steph. 2. Melton is a good addition, but isnt really a game changer. He is injury prone and affects the game not as much as Klay. 3. Hield is not defensively versatile at all. There’s a reason the Pacers traded him and the 76ers didn’t resign him. 4. Kuminga is not making a leap to be a second star to Curry all of a sudden. That just doesn’t happen. He’ll be a bonafide third option-type player but he cant perform on the level of guys like Murray and Brown and 2022 Wiggins and Middleton in 2021. 5. The Warriors don’t even have a single tall center. That’s a major weakness and TJD isnt ready to play that role yet. 6. CP3 and Klay to Anderson, Hield, and Melton isn’t really an upgrade. Warriors could magically lose the 3 guys they got and get CP3 and Klay back and u would go on a whole lecture about how they’re a title contender. 7. The Warriors will have good shooting, but that doesnt guarantee a good offense like OKC or Boston. They dont have enough star talent. 8. Therefore the Warriors will be a 13-seed in February and Curry will be traded to Lakers and they will win the championship. 🥰🥰

Dude can possibly play until he’s 42-43, he’s 36. I honestly feel like the Warriors are contenders right now. Kuminga,Trace, Podz…those three are special! Melton,Anderson,Heild are all great in there own way as role players. Heild is one of the best shooters in the nba, Melton has some of the best defense, very physical and can shoot the 3, and Anderson is a great floor general! With great size use to play PG basically at Ucla. Still got Wiggins yeah he had a off yr but he has great upside and will get more mins with klay gone. I feel the 4 teams with the best chance of victory next year will be the warriors, mavs, knicks, and Celtics. The Celtics showed the blueprint for victory last year. Good three point shooting, good defense, good chemistry, and good depth. All of these teams will be bringing this to the field. The 76ers, kings, nuggets, and others will all be good. But I don’t see them winning it all.

Not even close. They are too small and will get pounded in the paint. They also lack wing defenders and rim protectors. In the past they had a good all around defense and they had Bogut, West, Iguodala and Green. What ever they lacked was made up for by being 3 point snipers. Then they added KD and were unstoppable. The historic 3 point shooting dual of Curry and Klay is no longer present and Green is almost washed up. The West is so much better now.
