I like the “every man” quality of your content. You make everything seem so doable. If it’s taking a booze cruise style train in Mexico, riding boats in the UK, or watching your buddies ride bikes for a fundraiser. These are things that anyone can do. I get so many ideas from you and I get to live vicariously through your videos. I look forward to each video. Thanks for sharing!

As someone who deals with depression and anxiety and is to poor to still see my mental health counselor. It's great to know people out there trying to help with the cost. I wish mental health counseling was covered in our healthcare system. So many issues I see in society could be reduced or solved if access to mental counseling was more accessible.

Thank You Mr Downie for showing this as a ex-cycle frame maker and life long cyclist now aged 67 I can sadly no longer manage it but it sure brings an extra beat to my Heart.

Great work on this series! Throughout the series you took me from my first impression starting point of "quad tandem racing looks amazing, I want to register right away", to "quad tandem racing looks like a nightmare, I don't want anything to do with it", and back to "quad tandem racing looks amazing, I want to register right away".

This has to be the craziest bike sport on the planet! And I hope to see it happen again, with a whole bunch of new teams plus returning teams 😁 This series was a fun watch. It had everything, suspense, laughter, blood, sweat and tears! All for a great cause. Kudos to all the competitors 👏 👏 👏 And I just ordered a hat! The one I really like is out of stock, so I'll check back and get that one as well later 😊

New goal: Be able to join Mike in making something like this. That looks like so much fun. Hate that the series is over, but thoroughly enjoyed it.

I must say, this is the best "cutthroat" race I have ever seen. After the tension of the first day, I have enjoyed every minute of the race and the fellowship between the racers. It was about the win but even more about the people. I hope everyone is recuperated enough to do it again next year. Thanks, Mike. 🤟

Honest I only watched because I got hooked after the first day .. I am not a biking fan in any sense of the word , but the people on the teams and the cause they were racing for .. all got ahold of my heart and I had to watch .. it was worth every moment and I’m now pretty excited to see just where you do turn up Next Mike 😊thank you for this .. I even told an actual bike rider about this show at the Drs office that’s how much of an impression that you all have made .

Given the space, and the force impulse issues... I thing it would make sense for the pedals to be offset by 45 to 90 degrees. Lower the force on the chains and tires, and causing less wasted energy.

Never noticed this before today's episode but Team USA have some really sharp rake on the front of their bike. Was that caused by an accident like NZ or did they start with a sharp rake, for those not in the know the rake is how far forward the front forks are set in advance of vertical for the TEAM US bike. Google biking only takes into account single passenger bikes, of average abilities, hence 22km/h is about right for an hour.

also riders should have radios to talk to each other and let each other know of bike failures and make a rule if you break everyone has to stop and wait the others behind have to stop and help where the failure happens or wait till the bicycle is fixed if can't be fixed then continue. The people in front have to stop to try and make sure everyone stays close to one another.and it's safer than getting so far apart.
