For anyone trying to download on console my best recommendation is to create an account on a phone or tablet add your skin and then log into that account on the console it should probably have that skin downloaded to the account and you can use it!

to get it on pc you need to click the link then click download, when it come up with the minecraft skin on a big black screen right click and just press 'save image as..' and save to the downloads file! hope this helps :]
