I've found a lot of value in linking hotbuttons to one keybind on my monk. I linked flying kick to epic click

On live you will bind several AA's and abilities to one key because there are so many that you want to use.

I have used that sense heading trick since I started playing EQ back in 1999 or 2000. It's the first thing I do when I create a new character is set up my sense heading double bind to move forward. Works great. Have a lvl 11 chanter on Project Quarm and she already has reliable sense heading at that low level which is very useful.

Yeah, I bind mine to D. So sometimes, I'm just spamming D and turning in circles when it's a low level. I'm doing that right now on Quarm.

Maybe a newb question but what is your UI config look like? This looks much improved from the default; I'm just getting back into EQ so very much not in the know.

I'm using a ui called DuxaUI. This video was made on the project 1999 emulated server. I am not sure if the UI works on live servers.

I don't think I did anything to change them. Only change I made in display setting was swapping to 1440p

How long have you been playing? Do you know what happened to accounts that were attached too Sony server ,,,loooonnng time ago,…do I have any Chance ro recover my accounts after this many years?

This is the p99 (project1999) server. The SonyEQ servers are long gone and all those characters are likely gone as well unless players kept playing on live, then they might have been migrated over to the current EQ live servers. If it's been a while, I would just assume they are lost to time.... Lucky for you though, you can jump on p99 anytime for free. The community is still strong and extremely friendly.
