Hey Alexi, great video, as always. I'm an actor, turned indie producer in Japan. Your deliverables section has me shaking a bit. The expectations here in JP are very different to what you mentioned - the Japanese film & tv entertainment industry avoids contracts as much as they can, but we've been doing our best to get everything we need to sell our features internationally (they're out on the festival circuit now). You mentioned a few things that no one else had told me about before (title report, CAMA, etc). Just trying to cross my Ts and dot my Is. Not an easy task to do properly as a film producer, eh!?

Hey, nice to hear from you. It's very odd to not have a contract with a distributor. Usually that contract will stipulate the specific deliverables that the distributor needs. Same with a sales agent, once you have a draft contract you will be able to see exactly what you need to provide. Hope that helps
