I love the ones pressing the foot! The tip of my fingers can touch the ground after those exercises haha, more of these Yusuke-sensei! Video tutorial like this are one of my faves :)

Oh man, it's been so long since I quit martial arts (kickboxing). Now I am stiff as a stick. I hope that your teachings will help me to become more flexible again. The last time I tried it my way, I had to call the paramedics to unknot my legs again, haha. Wish me luck, Sensei!

The problem for me isn't kicking high mae geri but kicking to a side is painful for my thigh and, my hips.
