Donot force. Force creates hatred n anxiety in kids. Try changing the recipe. See what they like. Be prepared for second option Kids take time to get used to new tastes

Don’t give up . Try Ragi with mashed ip dal. Dal chapati. Make it interesting , add jeera roasted powder for some smell m taste m good for digestion n ghee also try to put it as snack portion. You don’t take stress.

I was referring to curd. Not milk. Actually my doctor paediatrician said to stop milk If baby have phlegm
