I was kind of skinny as a kid and early teens and almost my adulthood and people body shammed me that I need to put some weight, get some fat... I was healthy, i was not ailing, but this body shamming literally affected me. I started feeling less confident. I kind of went into my own shell. Later after mrg and having a baby, I became heavy. It was the postpartum weight and it will anyways shed after one year, but the same people who called me skinny came to me and said about losing weight and that i should be fit. I literally laughed at such people. So guys, if any one who has faced issues like me, do remember if you are fit and healthy mentally and physically, you dont have to worry. Please don't fall prey to body shaming. Just stay confident and healthy for yourself. Cuz its about you not people around you.

As a foreign mother living in India, I have been really interested in Ayurveda for its health benefits for quite some time. I have begun some practices at home with the help of great videos such as yours! In my native Japan, we too have the health practice of drinking plain water at room-temperature or slightly warm, first thing in the morning. I have been doing this for over ten years and it greatly helps my system and overall efforts to stay in shape. However, I have not tried a copper vessel, so I will be trying that from now on! He may make some other video in the future to explain it.. and many research of present days is already written in ancient scriptures of Ayurveda.. we believe it only when we get statements by "scientists" through their "research paper".. that's the sad truth. Our ancient Indians were faaaar more educated than present scientists.. so never underestimate the statements made in Ayurveda.

You have nailed it. Exactly, it is a fat loss routine. Some people may start to feel and become weak with this plan but of course, it may help someone to lose fat or may be even weight, but I am sure the person is going to start feeling weak as well (along with resting metabolism going down). My view is that, a good balance in macro food (carb, protein and fat) is very important with calorie deficiency is a great way to lose weight sustainably.

Apart from these 2 cheat meals i never had any junk food during the whole diet, not even biscuit also. I completed this diet plan on May end. Now it had been more than 2.5 months. I have put on only 1kg. Now I am at 74kg I didn't started eating junk immediately after completion of diet plan. After 1 month or so I took junk food, but very very limited quantity only.

So a balance is always needed even if you once lose weight.

Ayurvedic Remedy for Stretch Marks : Apply sesame oil to areas that are prone to stretch marks - the sides and the lower part of the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, and the breasts - 15 minutes before having a bath. This will allow the skin to stretch without leaving marks on it . Mix equal parts of sesame oil and almond oil and use to improve skin tone and prevent stretch marks. Mix 100 ml of sesame oil and 5 gms of haldi (turmeric). Heat on low flame for 2 minutes and cool. Keep in an airtight container. Women with skin problems should use it to prevent stretch marks and clear their skin. Mix 100 ml sesame oil and 10 ml kumkumadi thailam and apply for improved complexion and prevent stretch marks. Other Remedies for Stretch Marks When you see the first signs of stretch marks appearing, applying a paste of neem, sandalwood and khadira can give you relief from itching. Apply natural aloe vera gel to help regenerate skin tissue. Lemon juice helps lighten scars and cucumber is known for its cooling and regenerative properties. Apply the juice of cucumber and lemon to your skin and leave on your skin until it gets absorbed.

It's really very effective routine, not just for fat loss but overall improvement of health. Followed it for six weeks but with cheat meal on one day per week. Saw amazing results. I have hypothyroid from childhood so weight loss has always been a challenge for me. I wasn't expecting such results. Lost 6kgs weights and two inches from my belly. Really happy with the results. 🙏🏼

Iam going to follow this diet, I'll update my progress, a little background on me : I've done everything to lose fat since I wasn't even that fat but nothing worked for me and now Iam obsessed with junk food, me and my brother order from outside all the time like mcDonald's burger king,my family also cooks different dishes like misal and pav bhaji frequently so it'll be very difficult for me as my routine is not good to stick to this diet but Iam going to try, I've gained weight during lockdown, Iam not very fat but starting to get a lil chubby I want to lose my excess fat and get in shape, I know it'll be hard to do a sudden change as my current routine is quite unhealthy as I sleep very late don't eat healthy much so iam going to slowly progress towards this diet Starting weight : 50.8 kg Day 1 woke up at 11.30, slept at 3 (usually at 4 but I'll fix that slowly) did yoga and other steps but skipped breakfast and warm water, ate sprouts curry and wheat roti as lunch then as snack made roasted makhana and peanuts and herbal tea without mint leaves, ate khichadi as dinner but it wasn't as flavourful so added1 small pack of crushed salted potato chips to it Day 2 woke up at 12 followed the steps but skipped breakfast again, ate sprouts and bhindi with wheat roti (still trying to get multigrains), ate almonds and walnuts at evening and herbal tea then made mushroom soup and my family had pav bhaji as dinner so I ate bhaji with 2 pav as well Day 3 woke up at 12.30 ate besan chilla with 2 pav bhaji drank warm water before 30 min of snack had soaked nuts and herbal tea at evening ate knor vegetable soup and 4 sabudana wadas and had slow walk of 10 mins Slept at 1 Day 4 woke up at 11 ate cabbage and 2 wheat roti in lunch boiled chana chaat and herbal tea at evening Wasn't very hungry and was tired to make soup so I ate1 banana and 2 mini apples sprinkled with cinnamon at 8-9pm Day 5 woke up at 11.30 Ate tomato chuney with 2.5 wheat roti in lunch almond walnut and dry fig with herbal tea at evening 2.5 pav with 2 bowls of sprouts and misal pav chewda in dinner Day 6 woke up at 10.30 Saw his video that said sprouts shouldn't be cooked, been eating them wrong all this time 🤦🏻♀️ had raw sprouts + chane + veggies for lunch, had herbal tea and nuts at 8 pm had mushroom soup + handful of misal pav chewda at 10pm Day 7 woke up at 10 had rawa dosa for brunch Had a guava and herbal tea in evening And knorr hongkong soup at dinner Since updating every day can be lengthy I'll update weekwise including some highlights of the week Week 2 weight: 50.2 kg Iam waking up late and I missed 2 of my yoga sessions. Even though my cravings have reduced iam having trouble cooking as when I mess up a dish I have to resort to whatever I have available in my home, still I managed to try some healthy recipes Some of my meals included : rawa dosa with coconut chutney, vegetable soup, broccoli fry, sprout chaat, tomato soup, soupy khichadi, minestrone soup, dal, sprouted Kabuli chana chaat, khajur ladu, palak soup Unhealthy food that I ate : knorr soup, wheat roti with restaurant kaju curry, 2 manchurians, 4-5 maida biscuits, one glass of cold coffee,a bowl of french fries because I went out with friends, 3-4 chaklis, I made tomato soup but also toasted some bread in ghee. Week 3 weight: 49.4 - 49.5 Iam not feeling any changes anywhere other than my stomach although some relatives feel Iam looking different Some of my meals : egg curry, watery tomato soup, besan parathe, Chiu, tomato pasta soup, pumpkin soup, tomato chutney, beetroot and carrot salad, methi parathe, sprout chaat, Gobi bhaji, Amla candies Unhealthy food that I ate: 2 bread pakoras bhel, chakli, date ladu, 4-5 dark chocolate squares , 2 raw sabudana wade, kaju curry, 3.5 wheat rotis, veg strips, black currant smoothie, crispy veg burger on 31st December as a treat, dal, 25 mini bhakarwadis Week 4 weight: 49.6 My meals: brown rice with dal, sprouts with veggies, dry chane, methi parathe with coconut chutney, soaked nuts, pumpkin soup with makhana and almonds, carrot ginger soup, roasted sweet potatoes, Gobi bhaji, soupy khichadi, sprouted matki bhaji, corn carrot soup, soya kheema, mushroom vegetable soup Unhealthy food : 3 monaco biscuits 2 piece dark chocolate, 2 wheat rotis, Restaurant kaju curry, less than half cup milk tea, shev murmura packets, 1 pack lays masala, amla candy 2, 3 mini samosas, 2 bhakarwadis, I made homemade ragi cookies which included jaggery + wheat flour + dark chocolate which is relatively healthier than market cookies but since I added wheat,ghee and dark chocolate which are restricted in this diet I'll count them in unhealthy food,10 ragi cookies Week 5 weight : 48.4 Normal meals : mushroom curry, multigrain roti, vegetable manchow soup, almond peanut butter oats smoothie without milk, patta gobhi sabji, lauki soup, green chutney, sprout peanut chaat, corn carrot soup, chiu chi bhaaji, soaked nuts, tomato soup, mushroom soup, sweet corn chaat, dates, murmure, bhendi sabji Unhealthy : ragi cookies, sev murmura, bhakarwadis, fried masala papad, 1 piece dark chocolate, paneer butter masala, Half kulcha, gajar halwa, kaju paneer masala Final week 6 weight: 48.3 - 48.4 Normal meals: boiled sweet corn, broccoli, besan sabji, nuts, black grapes, chiu chi bhaji, soaked nuts, homemade khakra 5, amla candy, mushroom soup, tamatar aloo sabji, adu chi vadi, oats banana egg pancake with honey, coconut peanut chutney, corn carrots soup, sprouts curry Unhealthy food : silk oreo 1 piece, wheelos masala wheels 3x, rajgira ladu, shev, vada pav, dark chocolate 1 piece, cream and onion wafers, tomato twist wafer, chat chaska wafers, mixed fruit jam 1 tsp, lemon bhel, half kulcha , fried onions, alu paratha, matar paneer curry, jeera rice, dal fry Verdict : I lost 3 kgs Edit : Even after few weeks I kept losing weight, I lost 8 kg

@@norajames406 yeah that is the correct way to lose weight in a ideal way, that is loosing 1 - 2 pounds a week( equivalent to 1 kg) is the ideal for weight loss, if you lose more than that you will not loss fat as you will also loose your lean muscle, water content in your body which is very harmful to your body, and also one will surely gain weight of his/her initial weight after sometimes and in some cases even more than that. So losing weight slowly helps to maintain the weight after weight loss in terms of long run.

Simply lowering your carbs, aiming for zero sugar, and doing intermittent fasting will definitely make you lose weight in a short period of time. It worked well for me.

@@sujatapande5004 You're on your way to losing more weight and better health very soon. In my case, I regularly do 16:8 IF. I also walk in the afternoon, do some cardio and a little yoga at night. I try to stay away from processed foods, MSG, gluten. I feel a lot better now than before and lost a good amount of weight. It's really worth it. Keep up the good work. 🙂

Vivek bhaiya is better in some ways. Satvic movement is more westernized. They even dont follow the basic rules of ayurveda. For ex. not having Salad in the evening, eating according to one's body type(vata,pitta, kapha) etc.

I agree with Amrita. Vivek's diet recommendations are more easier to follow. Satvik movement is completely against milk which makes no sense because there are quite a few brands that provide pure A2 milk and milk products which can be consumed without any negative health effects. Moreover, Satvik movement's food recommendations are more of a temporary diet plan for people who don't have a healthy relationship with food. If you're an average eater who eats healthy in general, you don't need Satvik Movement. I don't recommend Satvik Movement's diet for young people either because it does not take into account bodybuilding goals and people who live an active lifestyle. Vivek is one of the best out there. This guy has no bias to any particular kind of person out there who would prefer one kind of diet over another.

I've started this. The most (and only) difficult part of this diet is the Amla-Aloe-Ashwa juice! I've started with only 1tsp each and drink it separately mixed with water. It's easier than not to drink it at all! Hope this idea helps! PS idk if it's as effective (yet).

As a hosteller you can try sprouts fruits and soaked dry fruits because they do not require any cooking. Punjabi panjeeri can be kept handy for odd hours as it is nutritious and has a long shelf life . i hope that fit tuber makes a video on your request

Since it's based on ancient Indian ayurveda method I'm not sure if there is any substitute but least you could do is avoid processed food heavy meals and greasy food try to eat as much fresh veggies as possible also try to cook your meal at home rather then eating out and minimise using microwaves it's better to drink water at room temperature or lukewarm water rather then iced water . Hope it can help you

To all those wanting to loose weight.. Just try intermittent fasting for 16 hours + 1.5 hours of daily exercises.. I tried this in mid July.. I was 77.8 then...Lost 8 kgs by September...After that I didnt do any exercise for 1 month n currently am weighing 67.3 kgs.. All thanks to IF+ regular exercises..It works wonder..🔥

More the fast, more better for u...Ur main goal is to cutdown the calorie intake.. So avoid taking everything for 16 hours except water, green tea, black coffee, black tea that to without sugar.. Cut down sugar as much as u can as that is the primary reason of ur belly fat.. Just try this for 2 months daily without any failure with 1.5 hours of resistance as well as cardio exercises..My promise ull be a completely changed person.. just 60 days of dedication for ur transformation.. Include salads in ur diet and fibre rich food as these will be ur best companion throught this fat loss journey.. Also u can download apps from Google Play named 'Loose Belly Fat'.. It helped me a lot to stay consistent... All the best!🤘 Note : Dont fast if u cant.. Just remember to eat less and exercise more..🤘

Ek din krk dekho..Aur waise bhi 16 hrs me se to 8-9 hours raat me hi nikal jaate h.. bache 7 hours aapko fast krna rhga.. usme bhi aap green tea, black tea, water pee skte ho.. remeber milk ni peena warna koi faaida ni..If first time huaa to gud warna 12 hrs tk kark dekho.. fir gradually 16 hours tak lekar jaao.. Utube pe bht videos h jo aapko Intermittent Fasting kaise krna h batanege.. Even Fit tuber ne bhi iss topic pe video daala h.. Main baat ye h ki aapki calories intake kam honi chahiye.. ab uske liye aap limit me khaao ya exercise jada karo.. tab benefit milega warna itna kuch krk no mtlb.. Aur haa paani bht peena...😁

Thank you for the detailed informative video. 1.Please let us know if juice of any Aloe Vera plant could be consumed. Is there a way to identify which plant juice can be consumed. 2. I do not have access to Ashwagandha juice. Kindly advice substitute for this. The response from you would help everyone reading the comments I have shared your video with friends/relatives. Thank you
