I don’t like the term “broken home”, I think it’s just another way to guilt women into staying, it’s demonising divorce and making it seem staying with abuse and cheating is better, what a broken home really is when it’s core is rotten with disrespect, cheating and abuse, that’s a broken home

I still have men in my comments TO THIS DAY telling me that pregnancy and childbirth are no big deal, just lose weight, and if a woman won’t lose weight, men can stop providing or cheat. I'm not saying this to be cruel. This is a commonality among black culture and indian sub continent culture. We are told we are lucky to be picked. In my generation the men didn't even pick us. Their parents did. (I am unique in that my husband actively pursued me. He still didn't value me. He told me he married me because I cooked well.) As a result , generations of women have had resentment directed to them from husbands who felt that they could have done better. As a result we often see what might be happening in this case. This woman is considering her son and his welfare. But her welfare has to be considered too. And we risk creating an unhealthy relationship with our sons when we have this situation. Sons end up getting husbandified. Almost every clingy motherin law is the result of a baby daddy who didn't value her.

I feel like I hear those kind of comments more often from older fathers than younger ones. And a lot of men look like they were the surrogates anyway. They should be glad someone even wanted to carry their offspring, let alone allow them to huff and puff over them with their phantom pregnancy postpartum dad bods... 🤢 Women should stop caring what men think about our bodies or choices. It makes them think their opinions matter.

1) these are the women who like to throw in other women’s face that they’re married. I bet she won’t leave him smh 2) the ozempic lady why the heck did she show him the comments 🙄. I’m sure she was losing weight and likely operating in a better state. He probably is jealous if her progress 3) is literally a suga mama. She is literally funding him. What trips me out, is women would fund men but don’t support their friends who are actually generating revenue. Then she has a mortgage with him smdh. Sell the house split the profit & move on.

Post #3 - I work in a job that involves reviewing tax returns and family finances. I can’t tell you how many men say they are “self employed”, meaning they own their own “business”…but the “business” makes nothing or consistently LOSES money. These men think they are above getting a job and working for someone else. Usually the wife has a regular 9-5 job that barely covers the family’s expenses. She’s keeping him and his “business” afloat. Everything looks good on the outside, to friends and relatives it appears that he’s providing…but it’s really his WIFE!

This is crazy but it happens often, they say women are gold diggers there is just as many men looking to be taken care of financially. First story: The home is already broken. It's dysfunctional and her husband hates her. He will eventually cheat and leave her. Sure don't want advice but I hope she got mad money stored up. By the sounds of it she might not and when he do leave she's going to act so shocked like she didn't see it coming. He's disgusted with her and his self. More so himself. I never can understand how a man can impregnate a woman with HIS SEED and then in turn her upset at her changed body. He did that to her. Like WTF. I hope she finds the courage to leave him because he's going to leave her high and dry if she don't

7:11 I think it was intentional. Some people take Ozempic to lose weight. Sounds like the OP was too, based on her comment about "food noise". We know men only admit to what they got caught doing, and they have specific parameters for what counts as cheating…so was that really the only instance of cheating? You can’t convince me he wasn’t testing her to see if he could get away with that behavior. Idk if he said anything about becoming a better husband. Just that he hasn’t cheated since and that he improved himself.

In the medicine being thrown out case since it was Ozempic the wife was probably losing weight and it made him insecure and he threw it out. Instead he sees her spiraling out of control and public opinion, now he feels bad and trying to fix it so she won't leave. He didn't think about the ramifications of his actions. First OP doesn't realise that she's probably going to end up alone anyway. She's not understanding her husbands comments. He's looking for a hot young girl and when he gets one, he will discard his wife asap.. Because he dispises her. She fighting for a 'marriage' trying to protect her image at the expense of her sons wellbeing. Making decisions like this, gives wicked men reasons to justify why they abuse women.

1. I am a firm believer of "You impregnated her, she gave birth to your child, you worship the damn floor she walks on". And it's only a small step from shitting on her online to shitting on her in rl for the son to hear. Trust me, children copy everything they see/hear their parents do. And a broken home is not a home with a loving mom and a child, a broken home is a hurt mother, a hurting father poisoning the childs mind and an innocent child seeing the abuse.
