Love torpedo swivels, the only one's I'll buy over the years fishing for salmon and trout. I did however had one unhook itself just this past year. Really weird, but they're strong, and durable compared to others I've used.

How often do you recommend changing out your leader line on lead core, coppers and my braid that I use for my divers. Thanks for all the advice. I have learned a lot from your videos.

Leader line on coppers and leadcores I suggest cutting back often. You should be checking those every time you put them out. If you feel a knick cut it back. Same thing with leaders on divers. Braid is more tricky as u won’t see and feel knicks as much.

You know, Russell, I watch your videos a lot and have learned a lot from you. But, lately it seems all you do is hawk your brand of tackle and that's fine. Its your channel and you have a business to run but you'd be a little more credible it you included some other brands in your suggestions. I mean it sounds like you're saying I should just scrap the hundreds of dollars worth of DW, Stinger and Moonshine stuff in my boxes and just buy your gear to be more successful. Come on. Lots of lures catch fish but before any lure catches a fish it first catches an angler's wallet and you know that. All I'm saying is people watch your channel for the learning and the info so don't be another one of these guys that caught a little KZbin success and let it go to his head and his bank account.
