Hi Niharika I am following your videos one per day. I find them interesting. I am yet to watch many of your videos. I suggest you go a little bit deeper also after these episodes of touching any point over superficial level. Like, some live examples of some difficult or challenging situations and how any person overcame from it. Anyway, thanks again and keep it up. Have a great day

Oh hello! If you are really having problems with procrastination and lack of discipline I know a solution for you. First of all apply procrastination bulldozer method. Secondly, start doing tasks that take less than 15 minutes straight away. These two things alone completely cured my procrastination after 12 years of trying everything I could.
