You’re so right about preparation. I’ve been in sales for 20 years and have had many many interviews. Being prepared is the key to confidence in an interview. I’ve had interviews where I didn’t research the company enough and didn’t practice my answers/stories, I was awkward and nervous and those are not good qualities in a salesman

Hi Don, been following you since last year and really like your content. Just wondering if you have any plan to start making videos about other topics than interviews? Maybe things likd conflict at work, dealing with incompetent or careless managers, promotions, networking, being comfortable disagreeing with people and keeping emotions out of work conflict/heated discussions.

those are all great ideas. I'll add those to my content creation list. If you have any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

Not how real aniexty works....you'll forget what month you were born in certain cases. It's not about what the answers are....its about getting to the root of why you feel like dying when someone wants to know what your strengths are.

He's not talking about people with anxiety disorders. Everyone feels anxious from time to time for various reasons, including interviews.
