what are some good shoes do you recommend? I am runner and hoping to start sometime soon again. But am so nervous since I am so new to this and am still learning. Do you recommend us to wear these during our activities such as running, hiking, etc ( I am referring to toe spacers, etc).

I read there is now cryosurgery for Morton's Neuroma which is an injection cryo probe that freezes the nerve but does not remove the nerve. This reduces the risk of nerve stump pain which is common when the nerve has been removed. Any thoughts on this new treatment?
