If you are tried all the thing and you are not able to come out from the depression please go for medication or professional help. When you go for professional help, they initially give small dose so that control your thought or depression, once you started taking medication you can start with all the techniques sir said. Please if you tried all thing done and still you can't control it, you must go for medication or counseling. And one more important thing, after battling with depression you will be the different person and you will have clarity on about yourself and thinking capability will change completely. Trust me you will never have depression once you come out from it.and you feel all the problem you depressed about become small or nothing, you will laugh for that. 😍

1. Talk to someone close or be around good people. 2. Stay away from drugs, alcohol and negative people. 3. Focus on physical fitness (go to a gym or maybe some movement atleast) 4. Start meditation and increase gradually. If all of this doesn't help, seek professional help.

Hello Bhaiya, Main abhi College me hoon. College ke doston se bhaagta hoon, unse baat krne ka mann nhi krta. Hostel rehte huye bhi, bahar ek room liya tha. Aksar wahin chala jaata hun. Ab meri Family life me Ek problem huyi thi, my father did some very tragedic thing to me. Bhaiya I think I am in depression, aur usse kaise bahar niklu? Koi kaam nhi hota, aur Ekdam Low feel krta hu hamesha. Kisi cheez me interest nahi aata aur padhai to ho hi nhi paati. Kisi trah Baithke padhta hu

Bro I m suffering continuously the fear of missing continuously feeling low and these days I just feel that without any reason I feel low emotionally unstable and the problem of self doubt ki kya mujhmein hi prblm hai and from past 1 yr and I can't explain the chest pain...but the saddest and worst part is everytime I try to share with anyone they just give me the so called gyaan or make me feel more worst ki Teri ye soch badalni hogi tu ye change kr woh change kr but how I explain that I don't need any gyaan but need some support need someone to hear and assure good things and say motivated things ! Idk what to do I just need a solution

When I'm depressed or feeling sad, I ride my motorcycle so after that ride I feel happy that how I deal with it. The ride through the forest and mountains early morning will clear my mind

@Indian atheist Yeah, I know bro that's why I ride my motorcycle. I had gone through a depression and my motorcycle is the only thing that keeps me happy and when I feel sad or low at times I ride my motorcycle. Its like a therapy for me. I feel happy riding it anytime.

Even I do the same, I ride my bike slowly that I could feel the fresh air, exhaust sound and vibration. control the bike and ride slowly through a pothole. It really makes feel good. Do try this

Sir aapne kaha ki hame kisi se baat karni chahiye share karna chahiye....or aapne ye bhi kaha ki negative logo se dur rehna chahiye....aap he bataiye, hum bhi samne wale k liye negative he hai na wo bhi chahenge ki wo humse dur rahe?....or sir aaj life me har koi busy hai koi kaam ko leke koi apni problems ko leke....kisi k pass itna time nahi hota ki wo hamari in baaton ko sune...or agar sun bhi le koi toh koi samjhega nahi sir....jab tak usne ye chiz apni life me 1% bhi face na kiya ho wo nahi samjhenge....it really hurts when u have no one to share your thoughts with....

Bro I've suffered through depression as well. And this is I guess my biggest learning from it. Your friend circle, people you spend time with, seriously have a very significant impact on your life. I was into mediation heavily. I was so influenced by beerbiceps mediation videos. But the friend circle I had last year was so damn negative. None of them had a drive and desire in life and they would always spread negativity. And due to that, I thought, why does mediation not help me sail through this depression? Later, I cut off those friends from my life and after focusing on my goal to score good marks in 12th boards, I made friends who are very positive, spread happiness and prosperity. And now when I spend time with them, I feel like I've meditated in a monastery ❤️. To everyone reading this, please choose your company vigilantly. Love to the universe ❣️🙌

Tanmay, How are you? In life there are only 2 problems-mind and the body. To feel better reduce negative thoughts. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. When taking a walk, at office, in college, when reading, before sleep etc observe your breath sensations. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life. Reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes--Counsellor.

Really a lot of people, specially teens suffer from depression.. And I know this since 50% of teens who call/text me for career advice, actually have something else to share as well.. Much needed video but we really didn't need this to be a trend because of mishap. It has to be a topic of regular discussion, specially with people who can come to use for support..

For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Koi nahi hain bhaiya baat karne ke liye parents bhi nahi samjhenge. Main bohot hi confused hoon, pata nahi kya hua hain mujhe. Kuch samajh nahi aa raha hain. Main spirituality main grow karna chahati hoon vaishnav diksha lena chahati hoon lekin pata nahi kon genuine hain. It's been 8 days I'm completely feel empty, I've so many questions to ask but no one is there to answer, I don't have any friends. I'm unable to concentrate on my studies right now I'm in 12th grade. So many things are running in my mind. Now a days I like to sleep a lot but whenever I wake up I again start feeling low and tensed. I don't know what to do.

The reason of sushants death is only one thing. Its just the sudden stopping of antidepressant caps.Being on antidepressants never means you are clinically depressed.Either the doctor give him a heavy dose of antidepressants and sushant would have stopped that because of realization that he doesnt need it but these medicines should be stopped by decreasing doses or utilizing supplements. OR someone have given to him unknowingly and suddenly stopped to suppress him. Many scenarios have to checked.Sushants death is not true as exaggerated by the media or the majority. There are so many aspects to be checked in this situation. Sushant is a one with a strong mind which has made him an actor. So please do not celeberate the suicide of a success men to satisfy the ego of people like us or me who have not accomplished anything in life. This is just my opinion...... THANK YOU....

I am a teenage girl and I have been suffering from depression since I was very young. I am 17 now and I have been meditating for the last 4 years And to be honest, I used to be depressed most of the time but since I started meditating and yoga, my condition has improved a lot. So I would also recommend everyone to meditate. And thank you very much. For such motivational KZbinrs, my depression is much reduced. 💚💚💚

@@kratikasoni-2662 i sufferd a lot due to worry and would never cope.. was a topic to gossip and i would get hurt when people or my staff would tell me that smbdy spoke ill of me.i was and am very sensitive and i would imagine myself to be in their place and ..keep thinking and when i see the clock it would be for more than and hour as of now ..am little ok due to meditation.

Mere sath kuch ajib hi condition ban gayi hai mai 12 th tak apne school ki topper thi par jaise hi college me aayi cheeze sari ulti ho rahi hai mai padna chahti hoon pr mai dar tension ke karan sahi se pad bhi nahi pa rahi hoon maine 2-3 month se mere sath ye ho raha hai mai apne teachers mummy papa friends sabse share Kiya or kr bhi rahi hoon fir bar bar vahi cheez repeat ho rahi hai 🥺🥺🥺🥺 kuch bhi samjh nahi aa raha hai suisidle thought bhi aate hai mai bahar nahi nikal pa rahi hoon

Hey everyone. Are you guys doing okay? Hi I am a teenager and I am severely suffering depression. Because of my family members I never had a good life. There's no happiness, fun and anything in my life from which I can feel good. It's been almost 3 years of me suffering from depression and it's getting a lot more worse each day.
