Muchas gracias. I have a problem understanding with a coworker with whom I share tasks. It's impossible to talk to her. I complained to my superior. We'll see what happens. But every day it becomes more difficult for me to go to work.

Do you have any advice when you're in a group work trying your best to create emotional safety for everyone to participate but still not achieving the results you were hoping for? I'm introverted myself so I understand when people don't want to talk. I know building relationships is important for cooperation, and I'm having trouble with it.

Depends on how big the group is, but often I try to reduce the number of people in the discussion. So a group of 10 becomes maybe 3-4 smaller groups for discussion first. Then we share out.

People tend not to be communicative and particpitaive in a group when they do not trust others. You need to build their trust : Recognition of their ideas and efforts and praise them.
