Mai bhi apka exersise krti hun abhi suru ki hun 1 week se mai pahle bhi 2se3 years continue workout kiya but mera weight 73se 73 ho jata tha mai koi dite plan nhi krti thi or mujhe body me bhut jayada pen hota tha abhi mai aapka workout kar rhi hun mujhe knee pen hota h or thioraid bhi h hair fall hota h ek bar mujhe gaid kariye sir abhi mai apna weing krke to nhi dekha kitna h .meri sans phulti h starting me

Maine bhut exercise ki.mgr meri neend km thi esilie koi result nhi mila.m 4se5 hours hi soti thi ab m 6hour tk soti hun . weight km hone lga .

Good. Sleep is underrated. One should try to get proper sleep of 7-8 hours. Always prioritise your sleep. जैसे सुबह उठने का अलार्म रखते है ऐसे ही रात को सोने का अलार्म रखना ज़रूरी है।

Sir mera operation hua hai jis ke Karan me exercise nhi kar sakti par diet bahut karti hu fir bhi kuch nhi hota . Operation ki vajah se mera weight jyada ho gaya hai. 😔mujhe apna 20 kg weight loose karna hai 20 kg over weight ke Karan😔 mere pairo me bahot dard hota🥺 hai.sir aap ki video dekhi🙂 maine start Kiya par exercise nhi ho pa Raha hai😩.sir aap hi kuch bataiye.😢
