I think I just started point one last night... I'm guilty of looking at my phone way too often in bed. I just turned on do not disturb with a schedule so my phone doesn't have notifications overnight. With point 4, I can very much relate as I did my first marathon in 2016. Prior to this my longest run was 16km a few years prior. The day I did my first half marathon was a big step towards my goal. From then on, I celebrated every long run on the way to the marathon. I successfully completed my first marathon in November 2016. My success was celebrated with friends and family and I've run 3 more since 😎

@@MichaelUnks Thanks, I was pretty pumped after the first one especially. Did a really scenic mountain trail and stopped to take a number of pics along the way.
