I really like your content! But i really recommend to look up didactically alternatives. You are talking so extreamly fast that the content isnt able to reache our mind. Pause between the ideas and breathe in between... In my opinion this will increase the learning effect of your videos (maybe the klickrate/ likerate too?)

Absolutely agree! A 💯 👏🏽Thank you!Its about having a harmonious Balance! My children are 15/18! They can’t wait when I get home! We talk about our highs/lows about their day. We talk as I would talk with my adult friends(with a lil tweekin) YesWarm & friendliness-when poured into them they give you the same thing right back! MULTIPLIED!!Being Harsh/belittling you create not Only distance but creeping hostility 😡

Good morning. Bingo.. Honestly, U r absolutely right. I am a mother of my daughter. I follow this principle with her. In fact my parents followed this principle with my brothers and myself. It is very straightforward and simple. No complications at all. In fact my daughter says that people/parents/anybody have a tendency to make matters complicated whereas it is not. So let's be simple ,honest and straightforward and not complicate matters. Thanks to u for wonderful videos.

Been listening to many of your parenting videos today. I do want to add that it’s one thing to discuss “adult” topics with your child but another to dump your adult problems on them. They should not feel like they have to raise the parent. Just sharing my thoughts 🙏🏽

On the scale of 0 - 10 I don't know to judge myself where I'm.. but so far I understood I have set of bad rules to make them rite... Our biggest mistake was a Big NO to everything and deciding everything by ourselves instead of giving a choice to them fearing loss of money and time... Tnk you so much for your tips and advise...

The balance is difficult to implement. If our child spills something, immediate reaction is to scold him. But if one adopts the friendly side and control one's reaction and instead say its okay. Sometimes it makes them used to such nice behaviour atleast from us. Then when they interact with their teachers or other adults they expect the same level of patience and understanding. But not everyone outside the child's family will be that way.Which makes them upset and confuses them. Also sometimes we also get tired of trying to respond correctly to anything and everything they do or say. Then momentarily we may snap.back or something. This also upsets them. Shouldn't parenting then be instinctive instead of a practised style? One thing for sure is extremes can be harmful. ButI hv seen children of authoritarian parents grow up later to have lot of respect for their father. In some cases.( I am not in favour of authoritarian style personally) And children of friendly parents , sometimes grow up unfocussed in their life and disrespectful of parents due to friendly parents. When to be friendly and when to be authoritarian is so dificult to decide. Some may say...where we feel they may be going wrong. But again are we not controlling them , instead of allowing them to grow , make mistakes? Should we intervene only when they ask for help?

These eloquent talks are perhaps made for sensible, humane and sophisticated people. My father is a complete patriarchal misogynist. I feel that even my thoughts are being controlled. I feel that my brain, heart and body is confined by my parents. I feel handicapped. On the contrary, they have given me education BA, L.L.B and LLM. Still they are not ready to make me feel free in proportion to what kind of education they have tried to give me. I feel trapped. Because of their such behavior, I've always had self doubt, self hatred, low self esteem and lack of confidence ..and also problem maintaining relations with people in general. I hesitate going anywhere or talking freely. Even I feel severe panic anxiety attacks within, which nobody believes. I hate my father for treating me like this And the worst part is, I'm considered even more bad girl if I don't get engage in him and let that toxicity hamper on me. I feel shit.
