There is a need to create laws that discourage abuse and wrongful termination while still allowing employers to terminate when genuinely needed. In my experience when an employee is a bad employee, they are not bullied. They are not sabotaged. The fact that they are bad employees speaks for itself. If a person has to be put down, go to a pip eval/meeting, and doesn't get invited to lunch, etc., then bullying probably is taking place.

I'm glad to hear things are finally changing. Hope we get to the point where bullies are the ones who get punished most of the time.

I’m not surprised since most advice out there boils down to leave the job, you can’t do nothing about it, fighting will only make it worse, etc.
