Caught up with this today. Fantastic workout and your technique reminders are invaluable. Consistency!? For me easier at the 22 and 24 spm. I admit to being all over the place at 18 and 20 get the target split eventually but not in a straight line! Asensei looks great but no android of course (as already discussed) so just hoping your videos are still going to be on KZbin???

Hello Eric, thank you for that great video! You said a couple of weeks before, you want to do a 2K preparation for 8 - 12 weeks. Did that periode start straight after the 1K TT? Would be great to know, so one could schedule a propper training plan. Just an idea ... maybe it's possible to flag the 1K and 2K preparation videos in a certain way ... or put them in different channels. I need to say, I doesn't have a clue what it would mean in terms of work / time and how one can do it ... . Cheers and keep up the outstanding work :)
