Digital labels must make things so much easier for the stores, I haven't seen them here in Canada yet. The shopping vlogs are just so nice and chill, I just really enjoy them.

Pre ordered last week, can’t wait to start meal planning and this book will ‘reign’ me in to focus on shopping a bit more. Love your video shorts on instagram, quite proud of my old self as i don’t really understand instagram. I have made and baked so much stuff from your first 2 books, most of my other gf books have gone to charity now hardly used, but not yours, they are so practical and the recipes aren’t overwhelming or too fancy. I remember commenting on your blog q couple of years ago “you should write a recipe book” i was so happy you were already on it. Keep up your amazing work Becky you really help so many of us to truly have the things we love and discover how easy being gluten free and adventurous really can be (even though i’ve been gf 14 years), thank you so much 🙂🤗👏🏻

Love Mark and Peggy. Just like having another person there and his ideas on the cooking, plus I’m dairy free like him and Peggy is just cute! Also I’m gluten free and do low Fodmap map like you and him love seeing more stuff. Used to meal plan, but doesn’t really work for me. Hope to see more recipes, even though I have such a limited diet right now I still like to see new things! Thank you!🧡

I have been advised this morning by my GP to try the FODMAP diet as having major issues with my stomach. I can't thank you enough for your videos which I have been glued to the past couple of hours. Very informative and is making things easier to understand than just reading up about it. Thanks again x

Love this video. I used to meal plan but it got changed so often, I stopped. Now there is just me, I will start meal planning again. It helps stop wasting food. Can’t wait for Book number 3 to arrive. Thank you Becky, Mark and Peggy xx

Thanks m'dear, yeah it definitely helps with food waste i find. We eat what we have in the fridge now and things don't go out of date because we've planned when we eat what :) Mark and Peggy say hello xx

Just your channel and it is helping me thru my journey as I have not been diagnosed but I am sure I have IBS and started researching and finding channels that talk about FODMAP. I saw a video of yours from 2 years ago about symptoms and ask maybe you'll do an updated version of symptoms and share what your followers have shared with you thru this journey and what are your most often symptoms that your struggle with., Yes loved this video and thanks much.

I've planned for years... even before coeliac diagnosis. Reason? I hate wasting food... very little ends up in my bin or compost. Saves money and environment... looks lime a nice book Becky... Jx

So glad to see you. I’ve missed you. I do all the planning and cooking as my husband works full time in an office and I’m at home full time. I admit most of the time I enjoy doing it. My husband helps me with the grocery shopping, as this part, out in public, I’m not so found of. Fun to watch other people shopping though. 💜🇦🇺🛒

Oh my goodness, I’m not far. I’m North Lanarkshire… would love to know where it is and pop in for a visit at some point. I’ve been coeliac for almost 10 years now and while it is much better than it used to be for finding GF food, it’s still not brilliant locally.

I've tried meal planning a whole bunch of times over the years but it had always been in a big gung ho way that never really went anywhere after 2 weeks. However since Christmas I've cracked the code and realised it is part organisation but part feeling like I'm not missing out. Your books have been perfect for giving me ways to have amazing food that is much kinder on my digestion, while making me feel normal 😆😊

I've started planning on my calender 2 days ahead. We were the same as you, deciding on the night what to eat which meant quicker food like pies and processed food as there was no meat out to use. So now 2 days ahead I get the food out that I need ahead giving it time to defrost as some meats can take more than 24 hours. So your book is gonna be great as it will help me with what I am already now doing. Edit: Just watched this video and I am so excited for the new book. How many weeks of planning pages are there? If we write in pencil we could rub it out too and re-use it. What would be good if there was a whole book, only needs to be paperback that we could use for planning, alternatively, a white board with 2 weeks of planner on, then when on week 2 we could wipe off week 1 and plan for week 3. That would be great.

Love, love, love you, both and Peggie!! And I love that turquoise pencil... Great video. I love the meal planning and shopping vids. I started following you just over a year ago after being told to try FODMAP by my GP. Have got both your books and the new one pre-ordered!! Can't wait for it. Have a lovely week Becky and hoping you have gotten to the bottom of you recent tummy troubles (no pun intended) 😊 🤭Oh and would love more ninja grill/air fryer recipes!!! Xx

All salt and vinegar chips have milk in them btw. They've never bothered me though and I'm lactose intolerant.

They do? I can’t eat them anymore, but I ate them at a party once and probably more then I should have and then I had gut issue.😔

I almost stole someone's cart once. I had to run after a toddler and my cart was next to theirs. Mindlessly I grab it, looked at it, and looked up at the cart's owner. Oops! Sorry!
