That's my local Sainsbury's too! I'm in there quite a lot, will need to check out the homewares and Christmas selection next time I go! I generally find Sainsbury's is the best for gluten free, although Morrison's is catching up - wish there was one closer to me but there is one near my partner's home.

I’m a big fan of the Sainsbury’s Free From selection. It’s the best, by far, amongst our local supermarkets.

I have to admit, someone left a NOMO caramel chocolate bar in the bottom of my trolley at Tesco and I ate it 🙊 It was so good I will buy some next time I’m in! Hehe 🙃 your book looks fantastic. Love your videos and recipes! X

Have on-line delivery weekly from Sainsbury's, but just lately they have not delivered several items, or been poor quality. Tend to go to Asda as well as their Free From section has improved, plus they have stuff Sainsbury's don't stock. Thinking may have to revert to shopping in store!

British supermarkets are literally some of my favorite places in the world, so thanks for sharing this! I mainly shop at Aldi, Walmart, and Kroger. They all have GF sections now, but nothing like I've come across at M&S, Tesco, etc. Maybe there are more diagnosed food allergies in the UK, so there's more demand? How did I not realize that Mark has a fantastic tech channel? I'm sure I just missed it/youtube doesn't think there's much GF/Fodmap/tech crossover, haha! I've really enjoyed catching up on a couple years of his videos. Really top notch stuff! Also, for Mark, I’ve been doing allergy shots for the past year, and for the first time in 15 years can have dairy. I couldn't have a drop of milk or butter without big problems and was convinced I was lactose intolerant. I met a new Doc who said we have a 50/50 chance of solving my dairy and gluten issues. No luck with gluten yet, but I now have zero issues with dairy. Very excited for your new book! I can't wait to get it. -Airliners aka MrUnbelievavbleAbs

Hi from Texas, USA. Our gf selection is really hit or miss. I do tend to shop multiple stores for variety. Your store looks really cool. I loved the dishes and beautiful flowers! I haven't seen any Christmas goodies yet as it's still very hot here. Can't wait for the book, looks like November delivery date for here across the pond.

I work at Waitrose but my other half does out shopping at Asda. The last thing I want to do after spending 37.5 hours a week in a supermarket is go food shopping 🤣 He does tend to over buy though 🙈 Our Asda doesn't seem to be too bad for gluten free. But similarly the frozen section does tend to be samey.

I’m no keen on online shopping, it seems they always pick meats with short dates or fruit/veg that’s not in good condition. I mostly shop in Morrisons, but I’ll go to the others occasionally as well. I don’t get to go Sainsbury’s very often as our local one closed. I love going to the co-op near Christmas time as they’ve nearly always got the best froze party food, and I’ll stock up !

Becky, I could cry and give you an incredibly long distance hug (from Australia), you made Battenberg cake. My favourite cake in the whole world. I guess with what is happening, it might take a while for us to get new book here in Western Australia. Nigella is my favourite, but being gluten and lactose intolerant, you are now my new gluten free domestic goddess. I also shop in either Coles or Woolworths, occasionally Aldi in person, but their gluten free options are much the same and limited. We don’t have Sainsburys or Tescos. 💜🧁🍪🥧

not as much choice in Australia especially for low FODMAP (no onion and no garlic). I'm in Melbourne, where the research started.

I do most of my shopping between Sainsburys (ex employee) Mark’s and spencer (ex employee) and Morrison’s so between the three I don’t do bad and I don’t drive so pick things up while I’m town, if I online shop then it’s Asda as there cereal is the best

Thanks for the video ‘cause I got some cooking ideas. Here in Mexico is still kind of difficult to find out FODMAP diet products. 💜💜💜

Lovely little video Becky. I go shopping at Tesco's and I'm always forgetting where I parked my car 😂 and once I put my keys into the car door lock and it didn't open. The reason it didn't open because it wasnt my car 🙄. Same colour though but different car 😂 Such is life xx

I wish our Sainsburys had that much gluten free although they are trying but like you our shelves empty quickly. I love Sainsburys own bread it’s so good. I might get an Xmas pud to try if they have any, I’m funny of Christmas pudding as I don’t like spices they upset my stomach but came across Walker’s gluten free Christmas pudding last year, in Jack Fulton’s god they were so yummy

Mainly Sainsbury's as it’s the closest. Though I buy the household essentials like toilet rolls and cleaners from Aldi because they are so much cheaper. But I do online shops as well and actually prefer Tesco’s for that. Plus they have different gf stuff which takes the monotony off things! Yes, shelves tend to be a little empty… esp since BREXT! (Sorry too political!). I’m curious why Sainsburys Becky? Dare I say could it be they are starting to sponsor you? One other thing…. MEXT BOOK.. just Christmas!! That would be amazing as I e always used Delia Smiths Christmas book and converted to gf myself. So if you did similar in gf OMG!! How amazing would that be????!!!!! Love you!! xx

BELIEVE in Jesus Christ today to be saved. The gospel is found in 1 corinthians 15 1-5 its believing how Christ Jesus died for your sins and three days later rose from the dead. Its by grace we are saved not of works lest any man shall boast. Ephesians 2.8-9. Religion wont save you, being good wont save you only believing in Jesus will.
