Here I made a 40 cell charging station for 18650 salvaged from old laptop batteries.
I was contacted by JLCPCB a few months ago about their interest in sponsoring some of my projects and providing me with pcbs to speed up my projects. So I decided to restart my 18650 battery pack build project that I've always wanted to do for a ago time but got busy.

Nice station! What size of buttons you used? And is there a reason why you connected the pcbs with each other and also the input/output ports of a single pcb? I don't get it because afterwards you connected each of the psb's again to the psu.

You could have used header pins for more stable mounting of TP4056

Nice video, i like your builds. Any plans to adjust the PCB to accept the newer TP5100 charging modules instead ? i have a similar setup but is a big mess of wires. i like how clean your build looks. just wanted upgraded too while i'm at it.

Awesome video, have you thought about using individual cell holders? Some of us have sausage fingers and can't get the cells out of the 4 cell holder. 😁
