Another expertly devised session by Chris. Super intense one. My arms were shaking and jiggly by the end. The finisher actually finished what was left in my arms. Absolutely loved it.

Day 3 ✅ was a sweaty mess when done. I really like how you list all the exercises that way I can put out the weights I know I can do and some extras. 😊 tomorrow is rest day so I am going to do some rowing and treadmill.

Really amazing, toughest one so far. One thing I would say, the percentage bar is a little hard to see, especially if ur blind like me (I can’t workout in glasses, or I’ll break em again😭) Maybe just changing the color to white would be much better.

Hello Chelsea, awesome question. This exercise can be tricky sometimes, and everyone is different. As you can see on the video Edi has longer arms than me. So her form is slightly different than mine. Pull dumbbell up out to side with upper arm perpendicular to trunk until upper arm is just beyond horizontal. It`s easy to overextend on this exercise, try to check your form in a mirror front of you, so you can see when you reach that horizontal line. Also, pay attention to your body. Feel your rear delts working. If they do, than your form is probably good. Hope this helps :) Thank you for joining in 💖
