This series is great! Can't wait to see how the full 6 weeks impacts me. Thanks for sharing. Just a little feedback, I think having the weights you use next to the exercises in the video description would be super useful for planning ahead. :)

HI Mathew, thank you so much for joining in and for the great feedback. We will make sure in the future we will have the weights we use next to the exercises in the video description. 🙌🙌 Have fun during the series and let us know how did you enjoy the sessions.

@kerrydennis1042 жыл бұрын
@@sportymum7648 it's just a word that you use when you've been feeling overwhelmed or depleted or tired etc but then get back on your game and feeling positive and excited and ready to give 100% 😊

I'm going to be feeling this workout tomorrow. I really like the way you structure these exercise sessions and also the way you present them. No bull jive, just getting to work and pushing those weights. Two other things I appreciate - you're really pushing yourselves right alone with me. When one of you struggles to complete a set or has to take a quick break, it makes me feel a lot better about myself and my occasional need to pause for a second or two. Second, every once in a while one of you will look at the camera and pump your fist or something to encourage the viewer. It is more helpful to me than you might realize. Thanks, pals.

Happy you're enjoying and rocking the workouts Matt! Also really appreciate your feedback. 🙏 Many more fist pumps to come 🤜 We're all here putting in the work and crushing it together. Keep up the good work. 🤝

That was excellent. I'm spent and feeling swole! No need for extra moves on the finisher after that one 😉

So , because breaks are short ,is that how we keep from using heavier weights. Or is it time under tension
@ChrisEdi11 ай бұрын
Correct! Due to the limited rest times (unfortunately, on KZbin, it's challenging to program periods longer than 40-45 or a maximum of 60 seconds for rest), we can't push ourselves to complete failure. There isn't sufficient time for recovery between sets. However, it's not necessary to reach failure. Training under tension and with high volume also induces muscle hypertrophy. What you can do is, instead of going with the timer, count your reps instead, and take a little longer rest as given. In this case you can go heavier.

If your not pumped from that you didn't do it right . IMHO
