omg!! burpee girl you did it again! some people fail to realize that you don’t have to do sit-ups on the floor. when you engage your stomach muscles while doing your videos, that tummy melts away like crazy! love the fact that All your your workouts forces your stomach muscles to engage. Thank you for these videos! Your format (black and white to learn the moves switching to color during the time, the timer and round counter) makes these the very easy to follow along. The workouts are really special in that they are both do-able and effective. Love it! I get a feeling of accomplishment when I compete one, even on those days or certain moves that I have to scale back. This particular video was a quad burning wonder 🔥

Wow wow wow!! I KNEW this would be EXCELLENT! RSV ran thru our house so I haven’t been able to exercise, the first couple of days I did some of your less intense ones knowing I’d come back to this. Round 3 destroyed me!! I had to take an extra minute to breathe 😅 then round 4 was just amazing. I love all the one-legged squats & plies! How fun were those dancey moves? This was AMAZING STUFF, I am drenched! Next time I do this when I’m fully recovered I’ll surely add some hops & go deeper with my plies & squats 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you Andrea & happy thanksgiving!!

I normally do most of your cardio walking exercise videos, but decided to try this one today, and man this was a great challenge. It's definitely more advanced, I feel like I just accomplished the next level 😂. There were times thru the video I had to take a second to just stand, but then snapped out of it and said c'mon get to it! Wow thank you so much for such a great cardio toning exercise! I'm definitely gonna do this one again!!

Workout complete. Have a bit of a cold so don't have my usual energy plus I trained hard with weights yesterday so although I completed this it was a little more challenging than usual for me. Need to rest more maybe lol. Pushing myself hard.
