So far with bouncing all over this program but staying with it, this is my favorite strength training in this series. I fuckin love these workouts and the music with it. Now that warm ups are included, even better. Tiff and Dan and Joel Freedman's 10 Rounds is where it's at.

Can we get more body group videos, like back and bicep, chest and tricep or single arm,single leg day videos? For somebody that tries to work out every day full body every day is really not helpful and overall your content is amazing especially when traveling!

I usually only do 30min HIIT, so this pushed me as the last 7 minutes hurtled. Always up for a challenge and you brought it. Sweaty towel and mat for sure. Thanks guys as always!

I love this series because the workout due to their simplicity. One thing I wish these videos had more of is leg exercises. The videos say fully body but there is hardly any leg exercises.
